A few issues guys on http://giggle.mcg-uk.com/
1. The parallax feature isn’t working properly. I’m using the ‘nectar slider’ in the WP window on a default template for the home page (I presume this is correct as I can’t get it to work any other way). When scrolling down on a window over 1000px it’s leaving a lot of white space as the top of the image. Can you advise why?
2. Also – when at the smaller resized windows, the main nav and logo disappears and only leaves the secondary nav visible. Again needing advise on why and a fix.

Ok kind of fixed but only when I have the dynamic/fixed header. Not when I have it in an absolute position at the top. Is there further code that foes with the absolute positioning to make everything else work smoothly too?

I really like this theme from everything I’ve read/seen about it. However, my #1 gripe and pre-sale question is can the custom scroll that takes over my browser be disabled? I really dislike the theme specific scroll controls. I’d prefer my native browser control the scroll and if I can disable this feature and maintain all of the capabilities of the theme I am sold.

Hi, great theme~ a couple of questiones~
1. Is it possible to have the box layout for everything, but have the full screen width nectar slider show? And if so, how to do it?And how can I add a shadow under the main body?
2. Can I change the size of the “recent projects” element? For now I can only have 3 projects, but I would like to have 4 and remain the function to drag to left or right to see more.

1. This actually is not possible by default and would require some custom development unfortunately.
2. This would require modding the init.js file to change the columns – if you open a ticket on the support forum in regards http://themenectar.ticksy.com/ I can assist with this one.

Hi, Wondering how to make the background of blog posts to be white instead of gray? I don’t care if the entire background and sidebar has to be white as well, or if there is a way to leave the background and sidebar gray, and make just the post’s background white. Either way is fine, i just want the background of my posts to be white.
Is there some code I can put in the custom css box, or is it more complicated than that?

hi, i have problem with the file .po, i download the file deafault.po and default.mo i just duplicate the file with my language name (it_IT.po), then i traslated the diule qwith poedit and uploaded my 2 files (it_IT.po and it_IT.mo) in the same directory (lang) , then my worpdress wp-configuration.php file is just setted to the it-IT Language, but i continue to view the original language. which is my error??? thank you Mauro

If you want to use images in the Nectar Slider on top of the background image/video set, just enter them into the caption field like:

In your instructions I’ve seen recommendations to add media types in the htaccess file. I have done this, but in your documentation you show two different ways to do it:
AddType video/mp4 mp4
AddType video/mp4 m4v
AddType video/ogg ogv
AddType video/webm webm
AddType video/webm webmv
and:
AddType video/mp4 .mp4
AddType video/mp4 .m4v
AddType video/ogg .ogv
AddType video/webm .webm
AddType video/webm .webmv
Does it make any difference if those periods are there?

Hi. I have a cross browser problem with the nectar slider. I’ve uploaded both mp4, webm and a preview image for the second and third slide which is videobg slides. But it doesnt seem to work like it should. In internet explorer both videos start at the same time and they wont play on mobile. Everything seems to work i Chrome though. plotpoint.dk/BH

It is not about if it loads. The videos works perfectly on Chrome. But in internet explorer it starts running even if its not on that slide and on mobile it wont start. Inserted the AddType to the .htaccess and it didnt help. www.plotpoint.dk/BH

2. The video should always restart when navigating to the slide, you’re not supposed to be using audio that would make this an issue in the first place though.

Two things: 1.) Any way to enable wishlist/compare page functionality? It’s just about the only thing we’re really missing about our previous theme. 2.) Any way to (easily) apply some opacity to the main/primary menu? (i.e the one that follows you down the page).
If not, consider those on my super-cool, future Salient theme options wishlist 
along with these:
A.) Universal typography and font color control for H1-2-3-4-5-etc tags. B.) Stand-alone typography/font color control for sliders and reviews. C.) “Yes” or “no” option to enable zoom on mobiles/tablets. D.) Simpler SEO Yoast breadcrumb integration (or, just have breadcrumbs come standard with the theme with “enable”/”disable” options). E.) Ability to hide “Additional Information” tab (this one’s particularly bothersome, as we’re using WooCommerce Product Add-Ons and Subscriptions which, by default, means that the Additional Information tab is redundantly re-listing options which is not really “Additional Information” but something that just looks funny and makes no sense). F.) Maintenance mode!

Also, we’d like to make the ‘who’ section on this page, size-down evenly. I.e. the image be in line with the text as it goes through the responsive states.
I presume, testing it, that this would mean we’d need to go from 2/3+1/3 to 1/2+1/2 at some point but are unsure as to how to code this or if it’s even possible only using custom css.

I am driving myself crazy trying to add the Yoast SEO breadcrump to this template.. I am using the woocommerce plugin and trying to add the breadcrump to a nice location, but I fail to do so.
I have tried adding it to the header.php but it keeps messing up the layout.

Hey bordizdar, for now this wouldn’t be possible without custom development – it would require modding the header.php file to alter the position and then custom css to make it work.
