Hello,
I like your theme a lot and I am thinking of switching to it. I see only one problem that might arise – I am using woocommerce tab manager and my tabs are horizontal with their content being manager by the above addon. Your theme uses vertical tabs which will not work for me. I saw the shortcode but it will not be convenient for me to use it as everything has to be done manually. Is there a way to switch to horizontal tabs automatically?

There is not a built-in way to change the tabs from vertical to horizontal, but you can do that in the coded files if you know how. We’ve had this asked a few times now so we will probably build in an option to choose vertical or horiz for woo pages.

Ummm, what bugs? We dont see any bugs and have not has any reports from our user base, can you please explain? Avada 4.0 will have a page builder yes, its coming in the next month or two.

I have imported i Demo Content….But By mistake…It has been Imported twice….So kindly tell me how can i remove the duplicacy.

You can either use “wordpress reset” plugin to wipe it all out then do it again. Just be sure to only hit the button one time and wait. If you do not want to do that, then you need to go into the menu pages, post and delete the duplicates. Using wordpress reset plugin is much easier.

I am disappointed that there have not a system Page Builder as visual composer. I installed but Avada shortcode does not work. I find it impractical shortcode for this mixture with the text and can not understand anything.
It would be nice to have a demo of the game to determine backoffice operation.

I’m not sure I understand your question. The shortcode generator works exactly as intended, if its not working for you then please make sure you have the plugin installed properly. Here is a screenshot of the Wordpress Nav Menu section with the Avada theme disabled. Notice that the “Visibility” field is available: http://i.imgur.com/NwMiO9j.png
Now here is a screenshot of the same section with the Avada theme ENABLED: http://i.imgur.com/ilKOV30.png
As you can see above, the “Visibility” field is no longer available. This field is provided by this Wordpress plugin and had no compatibility issues prior to v3.3.1 and v3.4 https://wordpress.org/plugins/menu-items-visibility-control/ I need this option to not disappear because it is VERY IMPORTANT to controlling what different people see when they visit the site.
You will also notice that Avada adds two additional duplicate “Categories” and one additional duplicate “Tags” to the show on screen section highlighted in red http://i.imgur.com/ilKOV30.png Is this done purposely? I also notice that it removes the Link Target drop down option and replaces it with a checkbox. Was this done on purpose as well?

Since this is a 3rd party plugin, we cannot guarantee anything, but we will certainly try and make sure it is something we can fix. To do that, we need to see your setup and troubleshoot.

1. We’re building our own custom page builder for Avada, we cannot guarantee that it will work with Visual Composer. Our own page builder is in the works already and will be released with our next version.
2. Yes, you can, form the theme options.
3. Yes, it might work with images within the post content but like I said previously, we cannot guarantee that.
It looks like the release of 3.4 has minimal files in the avada/woocommerce folder; a lot less than previous releases. Was this an oversight or are you guys letting the WooCommerce plugin handle the template files?
Please let us know as it seems the latest release is not currently compatible with the latest WooCommerce update.
Replacing all the template files for a plugin is a mistake, a bug. We are using actions and filters to work through woocommerce now which is a much better way and it makes sure that whenever such a major update is released by woocommerce, we won’t have to try and patch every file. This also improves woocommerce plugin support with the theme.
v3.4 is fully compatible with the latest woocommerce update!

quick presale question: i love the landing home page style at http://theme-fusion.com/avada/ (i think it is home version 18, right?) and i’d like to know if i will be able to get EXACTLY that home page with EVERYTHING in it (all images, slides, texts, effects, backgrounds, etc) when i use the one click import demo data.
I recently bought the ‘X’ theme from another developer team but getting the exact home page with everything included in it is a nightmare so what about yours?
Do i have to use the one click import feature and follow some steps after doing that to get Home Version 18? In that case could you, please, tell me what steps would be?

Hi, this is our theme options http://cl.ly/image/383O2p0e2F3i. We have a import demo data button, when you click it, you’ll have replica of our demo site minus any images that is under a non-sharing license but we have them replaced with nice royalty-free images.

I’ve search comments for this, but wasn’t sure if anything has changed since the last thread I could find a ways back. Is there any way at this point (or soon) to sort the portfolio items in alphabetical order? I believe I read that you could manually order (I know categories are alphabetical by default) the portfolio items but if we wanted to alphabetize them….any way to do that with a filter or plugin that you are aware of today?

There is not a way to do that, although you can use a plugin like Post Type Order to sort them how you wish them to show. Anything outside of that will take custom coding work. We do have plans to allow the category filters to be sorted, but no the actual posts, that is best left to a plugin.

Hi, all of a sudden I lost my slider images and all images on my homepage.
so then i have updated the new theme onto the website and I have lost my revolutions slider on the homepage- all the images have disappeared.

How did you update? Did you delete the rev slider plugin when you updated? If so that will also delete your sliders. You only need to update it when you are prompted.
Go to your rev slider admin panel and see if the slider is still there, and also check the images. If its not there, then you would need to build it again. If it is there, then it should just be a matter of assigning it to the page again.

I am comparing this theme to Razor theme as I plan to switch away from Razor theme, but before I do, I want to make sure some things are possible.
1) Is it possible to set height and width of post thumbnails so that they show up like you see it here: http://attentioninteractive.com/large-busines/ – it is important to have them show like this as these are websites screenshots listed and they look better when they are vertical
2) Is it possible to easy set your portfolio pictures to show up like that (and not horizontal as I see in the demo)
3) I have thin, horizontal lines on http://attentioninteractive.com/ which I use as separators. What is the exact code to add similar thin line separators in this theme?
4) Is it possible to set custom footers for different sections of the website?

1. Our portfolio layouts will not allow that, but the blog layouts do. You need to set it per post. In the future we are going to see about adding an option to set custom sizes for the entire portfolio page setup.
2. You can yes, but it will require editing the php template you choose to use. By default the images are cropped. To change the column view layout you need to customize it. Although, our portfolio grid layout will always show the full image ratio.
3. Our divider shortcode can do that, it has many styles.
4. Not yet, you can turn the footer on or off but cannot set a custom one per page. That is also coming in the future.

Hi – the logo on our iPhones is showing up strange on our site. We have all logos and icons uploaded and the pixel sizes in the boxes for the retina logo are all correct.
