Hey there. We’ve been using Flatsome for a while now and it’s fab. Odd things have been happening in the past week though… the whole theme seemed to fall down yesterday – my website wouldn’t work (blank page) until I deactivated the theme.
I re-installed and got the website back but then a few gremlins appeared like not being able to add variation products to the cart. I figured out that the bundled Woocommerce files were old versions (well, the Woocommerce system told me this). I then had to manually go and find all the current Woocommerce pages and copy them into the theme folder.
Everything now seems to be working again…..apart from the product image galleries….

Do you have any idea what could be wrong?

hi, you need version 1.8.7 of the theme. Try install the 1.8.7 zip file.
Not compatible with WooCommerce 2.1.5 yet… Can you fix this? Losing a lot of money now

For example, the cart disappeared.
Could you email screenshot and link to support@uxthemes.com? 2.1.5 should work with Flatsome 1.8.7. Could be a issue with a plugin you have installed.

Hi, Is this possible with your theme: I dont want new customers to be able to create their own user for login. I want only new users to get login from the site administrator. And can prices show only when customers are logged in?
1) Yes that should be possible. 2) Shoule be possible with small modification to function.php
Hi, I updated to the latest WooCommerce version 2.1.5, and I think it broke some of the theme’s functions
Some things I’ve noticed (so far): - Shopping bag icon disappeared - Recent products slider shortcode doesn’t work

P/s. We’re launching in 12 hours so this is really unfortunate. Can this be fixed in a jiffy? Should we downgrade back too Woocommer 2.1.3? If so, how?
What version did you updgrade from? And what Flatsome version do you have?
Could you make sure you have “woocommerce” folder in your plugin folder? 2.1.5 works here.
I upgraded from 2.1.4 (as I usually update a plugin when I see there’s an update available) and I’m using Flatsome version 1.8.7
Yeah I have a WooCommerce folder; everything on the backend looks the same. Only that the shopping bag icon on the front end disappeared, and the recent product slider doesn’t seem to work.

Looking at the files through FTP, the WooCommerce plugin does not seem to reside in the plugin folder, but in the flatsome theme folder (it was as such when I installed your theme).
You need them both. The woocommerce plugin should be in the plugin folder as “woocommerce”

I’m having issues where my product image thumbnails are being cut off. I’ve tried resizing in woocommerce>settings and I’ve regenerated all thumbnails.
Fixed. The issue was in WP Settings> Media. I had to resize the thumbnail there as well.

i have some questions again.
1. i have a problem with the headlines “h1 large” in the ux banners. they are not responsive for smartphones (linke iPhone). there is always a part of the headline cropped. what can i do to display the headline smaller for smartphones? i do not want to make it smaller for desktop or iPad versions.
2. my logo moves always 1 px down if i scroll and the sticky header is displayed. this is annoying because my logo has exact the size of the other links in the headline. because of that you see this 1 px. you can test it here: Link, please scroll down
you can see that in chrome, safari and firefox (new versions).
3. i like to have all headline in black. but they are still grey in product pages: Click here
4. the pinterest view has a “auto” mask crop function. how can i deactivate that? you can see it when you reload the site… every image gets a auto new height. i you cannot help me out… meybe you can tell me who is the developer of this plugin? then i will ask there directly.

I really Need help, nothing is working with the theme. I have tried to display the menu and it’s not working. I tried to disable the : “reply” page and still there.

You should have all possibilities If you have version 1.8.7 of the theme. Take a look in Theme Option to see what version you have.

I installed the woo commerce version that has not been updated to 1.8.7.
There are two versions included. 1.8 (for woocommerce 2.0 and down), and 1.8.7
makes sense now, but not then.
hi, hope you can help, have had a nightmare. I have lost all access to wordpress backend. This was when I was updating the theme as above. Maybe it was because Woo was updated before and i got the above errors,

When i make a change in a post, page or anything at all in the Flatsome theme options it wont update untill i “Update” the Static Homepage..
Why is that?

I have tried to change “Cart” to “Basket”. I did changed all filters and I have edited the “woocommerce-en_GB.po”. I have managed to convert all “Cart” from the website to “Basket”, but I have no idea how do I change “Cart” from the homepage. Can you give me some directions please?

Hi, do you mean the image on the product page? You can disable that in Theme Option > Product page

When we disable “Disable product gallery scrollbar” the images stay the same.
Or do you mean something else?
Try add this to custom CSS: .product-gallery .scrollbarBlock2,.product-gallery .scrollbarBlock1{display: none!important}
