I really appreciate your theme but I have two questions:
- How can I remove the code that displays sliders in the single portfolio page? I’ve looked in "/wp-content/plugins/designthemes-core-features/custom-post-types/templates" but there is no code that identifies the image/video slider. I think it’s injected with JS.
- Secondly, how can I remove the overlay effect when using the portfolio shortcodes? For example: [dt_sc_three_columns_portfolio showposts="-1"], it gives me a nice list of portfolio elements but I want to extend the permalink to the whole image and not to use the overlay effect.

Nevermind I’ve found the answer the right path wasn’t the theme one but this one: YOUR WP-INSTALLATION AND NOT THEME FOLDER/wp-content/plugins/designthemes-core-features/custom-post-types/templates

nice work! But I have noticed one problem with the dropdown menu. In Chrome and IE there is some place bitween the menu and dropdown menu. So if I want to chose some points on the drop down menu it just disappears (If i go fast to the drop down then everything is fine). How can I delete this empty place? Thx

I noticed that the problem with the drop dowm menu comes when I browse on the 27 Inch screen. As soon as I move the windwow to the 19 inch screen or even if i make the window smaller on the 27 inch screen the problem disappers.

If I insert the portfolio carousel on the HOME page – I have the problem that it shows no preview picture… The portfolio item itself is a video… but there is only this grey box that says: VIDEO PORTFOLIO (if you click on it – everybody is working perfectly fine…opening the video….) but … how can I change that grey picture into a different picture….?

Sorry that we didn’t included the “Featured Image” metabox option for portfolio single pages now.
The portfolio template will display the images you’ve added first, and you can add the videos then.
You can be able to add images yet, to get rid of the gray box with “VIDEO PORTFOLIO” instead.

1. How do i translate “Related Projects” in the portfolio?
2. How do i translate Prev and next entry in portfoli page?
3. In portfolio i get this URL: www.mydomain.com/dt_portfolios – How can i change this?
4. I use responsiv layout, and on a Iphone there is very hard to scroll on the menu.. I have a main menu item, and 8 menues under that, and it is not possible to scroll when i click on the + to open up that menu.

You can use “WPML” plugin for translating the aforesaid terms on your portfolio single page.
And you can change the URL of single portfolio page easily as shown below,

I need to have certain widgets appear on multiple pages. How can i do this without having to create a new sidebar/widget area for each page. I ideally would like to use “sidebar A” on 5 differnet pages and “sidebar B” on 3 pages. without having to create an new sidebar for each page?

Hey there, best Medical theme I’ve seen, I’m a little confused about the sidebar width.
My mainpage sidebar “Form” widget is spot-on, but every other page’s sidebar the form is squeezed. I think its because of the different container wights, but I’m not sure.

Or you can also use the following ways to install our theme via FTP server itself.
1). Copy the actual theme folder from your theme directory.
2). And paste it into your Wp directory at, “wp-content -> themes”
3). Then you can view our theme in “Wp-admin (Dashboard) / Appearance / Themes”

Hello, I bought your theme but impossible to install it. I try to install it with wordpress (soul medic.zip) but it doesn’t work. After several minutes i receive the following message:

Mega menu in ipad iOS7 safari and google chrome is not working fine !
This is only happening when you click to open mega-menu when slider is actived behind in ipad iOS7 safari and google chrome browsers. We have tested with our page and soulmedic templete as well.
When we click to open mega menu in ipad, as we do not have the mouse over functionality to preview the mega menu as we have it in desktop browsers, the following behavior is expected:
1- Mega menu is shown fine for the first instant (half a second). 2- Then the mega menu content (links within the mega menu) is disarranged for a couple of seconds. (see the following picture link to see how does it look like)

1) When I don’t insert a role in the testimonial, a comma (,) shows up after the name. Can you please let me know how to not show the comma (,) if no role is mentioned?

Mobile main menu scrolled down is stacked when sticky menu is enabled.
When we start openning the menu in mobile devices it can not be scrolled down when the sticky menu is enabled and then we are not able to select items that are out of the screen size.
Sticky menu is a great functionality in desktops and one of the main reason we have decided to buy this excellent theme.
The problem is that if we need to disable the sticky menu to make it works in mobile devices such iphone we loose all this great functionality in desktops. 
Could you analyze what can be done to solve this prob ?

You can get rid of the icon box link opens in a new session simply by changing their target itself.
