This theme is really good but with the last version, post image slideshow don’r show on Internet Explorer!!! Help, please, i think that is very important! My version of Internet Explorer is 9.0.8112.16421 64bit Edition.

Thanks, you publish the “solution”, but is not really a full solution. If i change that part of code, principal color change to green (#A0CE4E) and on internet explorer show things really rares over post image slideshow. You can see it in www.buscatuppersex.com (example post: LA MALETA ROJA). Please, fix it xD

Hmm the solution is correct on our end, we’ve done this for about a dozen sites arleady and did not ahve those issues. Were you sure to clear out all cache? Are any of your customizations playing a part in this, or 3rd party plugins?
At this point please make a new thread with your login info and details so we can check this on your site.

Is there any photo-gallery possibility included in this theme? (not a portfolio, but a possibility that use in posts and pages too)

Yes you can use the default WP gallery on any page or post. or use a gallery plugin for that feature. Either way will work.

That means you have a file upload limit, and the Avada.zip is larger than the limit. you can get around this by installing it via FTP http://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/install-update/ftp-installation/ Or you can contact your host and ask them to change the limit, but installing FTP is easier.

It should work on mobile without issue, as our demo does. If it does not then please make sure none of your 3rd party plugins are interfering. Disable them all, then clear cache to check. Also if you’ve performed code customizations please remove them to see if it works.

I’d like to know what is the best way to setup demo site for myself to work on customization for a customer. Our domain is http://fennecdigital.com/ and we are not allowed to upload to customer’s server till they see our work.
I am just worried that if we setup AVADA theme in our site:
http://customer_name.fennecdigital.com/and once the customer is happy, then we can move to
http://customer_domain.comMy worry is that if this will create any problem about licensing. If we just deleted http://customer_name.fennecdigital.com/ after we moved to http://customer_domain.com will that be everything we need to do in order to avoid license abusing??
Also, since your theme appears to be the best. My team will try our best to propose our customers with the solution using your theme, we will potentially keep purchasing your themes more than once—do we need to register new themeforest account to avoid licensing problem?

To start you can put it on your server and give them access to it, then when its all approved you can move it for them to their server: http://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress
For licensing, yes it will be fine as long as you are only using the theme one time for one site. Each single license you use is good for one site. So once you build it for them on your own server, then you can move it to theirs and the license will be theirs. Its probably best to give them the purchase code also so they can access the forums iof needed in the future.
And you only need one Themeforest account so that is fine also. You can buy the theme as many times as you need from the same account, just be sure to download and give the individual purchase codes of each purchase to the respective clients.

We will definitely give the purchase code to each of the client too—but it’s very rare that oustomer will contact you directly.. they would have called us first if they have any problem. Hi, it’s a pre-sale question. Is your theme compatible with Slide Deck? I wouldn’t like to switch to Slider Revolution (unless there’s a chance to import Slide Deck sliders to Slider Revolution, but I doubt it). Have there been any conflict cases reported?

We’ve not used Slide Deck ourselves so cannot say for certain. But I’ve never seen any reports of bugs or issues with it either from our user base, so it should be fine. If an issue does come up and it is found out that it is something we can fix to remedy it, then we certainly will

That message can be ignored. When you buy a theme that includes the rev slider, there is not an individual purchase code. You can only register the plugin if you have purchased the slider by itself outside of a theme purchase. The message should read like this …
“Hi! If you have purchased a stand alone version of the Revolution Slider, please activate your copy to receive automatic updates & get premium support. You do not need to do this if the slider came bundled with a theme.”
In our latest version Avada v3.4.1 the message in the rev slider has been changed by the developers. At the end it states “it is not necessary if the plugin bundled with the theme.”
Also, the pic you posted cannot be viewed at this time its requires u/p to view the page.

First off I can never thank you enough for coming out with the ultimate theme. I am using it for another project, this time with Woocommerce and sensei- Have there been any known issues regarding these two plugins that haven’t been resolved?

Thanks for the comments my friend! So far we do not know of any issues with Sensei plugin, and WooCommerce is definitely good. We’ve debated adding some design styles for Sensei as we have for Woo also, but if we do that if will be sometime in the future.

Hi, you were helping me earlier with our back and forth discussion regarding change log and demo content. I understand everything you were saying and now we all know where to look for the change log. The point I was trying to make about the demo content is not that the ‘feature’ wasn’t in the theme (to download and install demo content) – of course it is there and built in, I know you can’t remove it. The issue is that for the first few days after the launch of 3.4, the demo content was not updated – so yes, the demo importer worked, but it didn’t bring in the new pages. There are even posts in your forums and one of your tech support responding several days later that says “Demo Content has now been updated” – that is what I was trying to explain would be great if it had been there on day one.
We’ve made our points about change log and demo content and I appreciate all your help.
What I could URGENTLY use your help with now is escalation of tickets we have in your support forum, one going on over a week now with no response… (so we do try to use the support ticket system). It’s even labeled URGENT but hasn’t been updated other than “will talk to developers.” The urgent issue is that we need to launch our site with WooCommerce one page checkout. Avada over-rides Woo themes and we couldn’t get one page checkout to work because of all the hooks and code you do to override and control Woo. Without responding to our ticket, in 3.4.1 they have now added an option to use the WooCommerce one page checkout – GREAT – but it breaks 2 things – background colors in boxed mode strangely go away when it’s activated (confirmed by other users), but most importantly, PayPal Express plugin breaks in Avada in BOTH checkout modes – but works with all other themes. We’ve even done a clean install of Avada to confirm broken in 3.4.1.
I can’t afford to go another week, let alone a day, without getting PayPal Express working with Avada, we are ready to launch this site, and are losing precious time and money. If you could please expedite and escalate these tickets under ‘masterbeat’ in your support system to evaluate what is going on with Woo, PayPal Express and Avada 3.4.1 we could get on with live and love Avada as much as we want to. We’ve staked our entire business on this theme.

We will agree to disagree on the demo content in the docs from 3.4. I have emails from users on that exact day thanking us for the new pages. Our staff must not of known it was there if they gave it that reply, or it was cache. And again, I know it was added because I was the one to do it. however, no need to discuss this further, we digress.
About your ticket, the ‘urgent” is in the post title that you added, that is not something we go off of because every user can add that in the title wether its urgent or not. We answer threads in the order they were received which is fair to all. once we answer it, if it is a urgent matter or unique case, and cannot be solved right away, it is then escalated to our developers.
I looked at your threads and the one you are referring to has taken a week mainly because you did not reply for 8 days, see the dates in this screenshot: http://d.pr/i/wa83
See the two reasons outlined below.
1. This has been so long because you keep bumping the thread, and so did the other user. Our forum is time based,everytime you reply it sends it back to the beginning of the que and will take 2x as long. So in this thread you and the one other user replied 10X in a row which kept sending it back to the beginning.
2. Due to #1 above, it delayed the thread for 2 days. Then once we did reply on the 21st, you did not reply back until today, the 29th.
We put the info about bumping threads at the top of the forum, and in our docs. We try to let our users know as much as possible so this does not happen. But when replies keep coming in it keeps sending it back to the beginning of the que. There really is on other better way for us to handle the support we have, and this is standard method for other support providers as well, we looked at every option before we decided this. The only issue is the thread bumping, which we try to educate our users on as much as possible.

Reply times can take anywhere from 2-24 hours Monday-Friday, but are usually in the middle of that at about 10-15 hours. on weekends it can be longer, we do not take weekends off but also do not work 8 straight hours. So reply times on weekends can be longer.

Again, this makes no sense. If you read the LAST comment from your support on the topic I posted above, they say “stop responding and posting because that bumps you to the end” and IN THE SAME comment they say “we will forward this to developer for them to comment.” They did not say they were waiting for any other response from me, instead, they are actually telling me NOT to respond.
Now, crazily, you blame the fact that I didn’t get a response because I didn’t respond. Makes no sense. Which is it? Am I supposed to respond and bump the ticket or am I supposed to not respond so the developers could comment (which never happened) and why I finally responded today.
Please understand the confusion in this without another lecture on how I am wrong and you guys are always right. You have to admit this comes across completely contradictory.
As for the demo content I’ll find the forum posts and screen shots where someone from Avada support posts a week after 3.4 posted that says “demo content has now been updated.” which confirmed the several people that had posted that demo content wasn’t the same.
Really all I care about is getting WooCommerce one page checkout working with PayPal Express which does not work in 3.4 or 3.4.1 with brand new install of Avada.

You did not reply for 8 days, that is why it took so long.
The issues is when you keep replying BEFORE we reply. That keeps sending the thread back to the beginning of the que.
once we reply, then of course you are able to reply back 
And as for demo content, the post you will find will not matter, I believe you saw it and it exists. I can show you emails of the exact same day it was released from users thanking us. What is the point?
Anyways, lets please not go abck and forth about this here and ion the forum. It will help you get a faster soluton. I’ve replied in teh forum and assigned the threads to Mark. I closed the other thread since you made a new one about the same issue.

Sure, for a forum we use bbPress, http://theme-fusion.com/avada/forums/
It is a free plugin, so all you need to do is install bbPress plugin and then it will give you a new sidebar item iny our admin called “FORUMS”. Click on it and you can create new forums, etc. All the styles will be added automatically so it looks like Avada.
