I’ve recently purchased the theme and everything is great. But the pagnation doesn’t seem to work properly. On the homepage when I select 2 or next it shows the same blog content as the first page.
Any help would be much appreciated.
In our Homepage, we didn’t have any Blog pagination. Anyway, if you send your WordPress and FTP login details, We will check and fix it for you.
Here’s some more info about my issue. The site can be found here http://sexualhealthmen.com/.The homepage is set to display a static page and page 2 displays same blog posts as page 1. But when I change the reading settings to Front page displays my latest posts, paging works. Let me know if that helps.

Hi, I can’t get the location map to show up on my footer. When I add the text widget and put in the location map with its shortcode, the map doesn’t show up.
Try the following instructions for setting up the Google Map,

(b). We have created a custom link page for departments, and we gave the URL as first child page of the featured template page. And so, it will go to the first child page while clicking the department page.

Hello! I have purchased this theme and the website I am building with it is coming along nicely. Great theme
Just a couple of queries:
1) I am using the feature template for two pages, but when I go to the parent page using the main navigation (‘Becoming a Chaplain’ and ‘Finding a Chaplain), the first child page content does not show. (Have a look at http://staging2.sportschaplaincy.co.nz/becoming-a-chaplain/ and http://staging2.sportschaplaincy.co.nz/finding-a-chaplain/)
It was working correctly when I first set these pages up and I have no idea what has changed. Please can you help me fix it?
2) In the Events settings I have checked the option to allow the events to show in the blog loop, but they are not showing. Please tell me how I can get them to show.

(I) If you click Parent page in the featured template,
The first child page content will not be displayed. But the Parent page content will be displayed.
(II) For Events settings,
(a). In the Blog template page, we have created “Blog Options” metabox. For fetching the Blog metabox options, we have used a query. In this query, we have mentioned “post_type=post”. And so, it will be displayed only post type “POST” and not other post type.
So the Event items will not be displayed.
(b). But, the event items will be displayed in the index page – set Front page displays as your latest posts (refer this Screenshot – https://www.dropbox.com/s/1z0xt0vvs80htl5/front-page-latest-posts-soulmedic.png )
Note: Anyway, we will try to implement it in our future updates.
Thank you for your reply. On the Soul Medic demo site when you navigate from the main navigation Pages > Departments, it comes to http://wedesignthemes.com/themes/dt-soulmedic/departments/adhd/ So it has linked to the first child page (adhd) instead of the parent page (Departments).
How can I achieve the same thing? i.e. By clicking on Becoming in my main navigation I want to link to http://staging2.sportschaplaincy.co.nz/becoming-a-chaplain/what-is-a-sports-chaplain rather than http://staging2.sportschaplaincy.co.nz/becoming-a-chaplain

Somehow I can’t change the read more text by changing the tpl-blog.php file I tryed it trough the theme file and the parent. Am i doing something wrong?
Second question how can i change the pricing button from blank page to parent?

Great theme! Im just having one problem finding the TEAM page icon (doctor with the stethoscope around neck) which isn’t in the stylesheet.css or at least I can’t find it in there. I have also tried to search for the icon specifically as an image file but i assume its through font awesome. Can you please tell me how to adjust the icon? even if it is removed I am happy with that.

Hello! I have a problem with some changes I need to do. I want to change the menu font and colors, so I use the appearance – Menu option but it doesn’t work correctly. I want to use Trebuchet Bold and when I save it, the panel says I’m using this font but even when I update my website with F5 these changes don’t reflect.
Even I tried to change from Standard fonts to Google fonts but even if I save the changes after I go to the panel again the Standard fonts are still selected, however with no changes in the live website at all.
What can I do? Maybe it’s a problem with php.ini or something like that?

You can get the Revolution slider by importing the dummy data as following,

1). Go to “Wp-admin (Dashboard) / Revolution Slider” and click on “Import Sample Sliders” as shown here – https://www.dropbox.com/s/vb8b6kywmrctpl4/Import-RevSlider1.png
2). There you can select and import the .zip file of demo data we’ve provided as shown here – https://www.dropbox.com/s/aqdxnax2zbk94cl/Import-RevSlider2.png
3). Please share dummy data for home page slider, as was done some time before after enriqg9 request (http://themeforest.net/item/soulmedic-flat-responsive-medical-health-theme/6282832/comments?page=3#comment_5643456). Unfortunatelly, this info already removed from dropbox.
One of the reason why we selected Your theme is great home page slider logic, sequence of objects, effects and so. We don’t planned to use Your images, but was expected to have configured slider, with the same logic as at demo, included inside theme archive.

Once if you’ve activated those plugins, you’ll get the LayerSlider easily by importing the Sample Sliders as below,

I’ve added a new widget area for a page and chose Yes to Disable Every Where Sidebar but the Every Where Sidebar is still showing on the page but the new widget area I added is NOT showing on the page.
Can you tell me how to fix this problem?
(a). Open “sidebar.php” file from “theme_directory”
(b). And Remove line no: 37 to 49 (as shown in the following Screenshot)

Hi, interested in your nice theme. However, first please fix the bug – in your shop, the stars under each product are actually shown as question marks on my screen – I use Mozilla Firefox, latest version.
Actually, the same happens in IE.

Thanks for the notice anyways !! Now, we’ve just fixed out the star issues, which caused by the super cache plugin actually. Again, it won’t be appear in this theme anymore.
In what file is in the theme is the homepage slider being called out from? I would like to remove the sliders and just have static information in that full width area?

Ok great needed that too. But currently i am trying to figure out how to remove and replace the “dttheme_slider_section” function from the parent theme with a function in the child theme.
This is what i got so far: remove_action('init', 'dttheme_slider_section');
No need to use the remove_action(‘init’, ‘dttheme_slider_section’);
We have define function dttheme_slider_section() in “header.php” from “theme_directory”, and call that function in “theme_directory -> framework -> register_public.php”
To customize “dttheme_slider_section()” function in the child theme, follow the below given instructions:
(i). Copy “header.php” file and Go To “child theme” directory -> Paste “header.php” file. And then, Change the function name dttheme_slider_section() into dttheme_slider_section_child() as your wish.
(ii). Create the folder name as framework. Inside “framework” folder, create register_public.php file and paste the attached file code ( https://www.dropbox.com/s/qyktgjq7gbqre65/register_public.txt ). Both the file function name must to be same (header.php and register_public.php)
(iii). Go To “functions.php” from “child theme” directory and paste the following code:
require_once( get_stylesheet_directory() . ’/framework/register_public.php’);
(iv). Now you can customize the dtthemes-slider_section() function in “register-public.php” file from child_theme_directory -> framework folder.

Is it possible to make them cropped instead of fitted to the area?

Sorry. It is not possible to crop the images. While inserting the image, the WordPress crop function will be called by default. And if you want to change the image dimensions, you can achieve it through Theme Customization.
Note: While customizing, you have to face too many design issues.
Is there a way to shadowbox or lightbox image and videos with adding class to the around them? I see the portfolios that are displayed through a short code use a specific class to do so?

I want to modify the Tribe event widget. I’ve found the widget template but in it’s inner core it uses some functions that I couldn’t locate anywhere.
