But I have also 2 pre-purchase questions: - is it possible to make service icon click-able (http://theme.co/x/demo/renew/10/#services) and open a content on the new page or in the lightbox? - is it possible to make portfolio click-able (http://theme.co/x/demo/renew/2/portfolio/) and open a content in the lightbox? 1) Those are images, so you definitely could add links if you wanted. We do have a responsive lightbox option you can read about here. Keep in mind that those are graphics we added to show a certain functionality; they are not an icon built into the theme.
2) The portfolio items are definitely clickable (to go to the single portfolio page), however there is not a feature to open them in a lightbox.

Our policy related to 3rd party plugins is that X was developed to coding standards and best practices, so well developed 3rd party plugins should play nicely with X, however due to the unlimited scope of what can and often times does go wrong with a piece of software that was developed outside of our control, we are unable to provide support for 3rd party plugins or confirm compatibility unless the plugins are integrated into X such as Visual Composer, Revolution Slider, Gravity Forms, etc. Having said that I know many of our customers use Yoast.
There is a this shortcode that would help you with part of that request, however you can’t target certain operating systems. Feel free to read about how that shortcode works as that is the closest feature to accomplishing what you are talking about.

Just a quick note that as of June 20, 2014 we have switched our Renew 2 and Renew 10 demos for organization purposes. The Renew 2 demo is now a one page example (using the Renew Stack) while the Renew 10 demo is the fullwidth colored bands. Curious, I could save a lot of time if a client likes a particular theme and all I would have to do is place the content in and make minor changes.

How compatible is WordPress X with plugins? I am particularly interested in integrating the following plugin, if I were to move forward with purchasing this theme: http://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/
How easy is it to create a “members-only” section of a WordPress X website? Essentially, this would be a password-protected section with a custom username/password. Is this functionality offered out of the box with WordPress X?
Is Slider Revolution proprietary to WordPress X? If I were to switch themes, will this functionality go away?
Does WordPress X support .mp4 video files?

X was developed to coding best practices, so well developed 3rd party plugins such as the one you mentioned should work nicely with X. Due to the nature of 3rd party plugins, however we are unable to provide support for plugins unless they are integrated into our theme.
There is a protected content shortcode you can read about here. If you need any sort of more advanced functionality, you will need to look into the different membership plugins that can integrate with WordPress.
Revolution Slider is a 3rd party plugin we have integrated into the theme. You can use it with other themes, however there is some custom functionality built into our use of it with X so those features would not work in another theme.
If you are referring to .mp4 files for something like a video post format or with our video shortcode, then yes.

That’s a hard question to answer, however we feel X is a good blend of an easy to use interface mixed with very advanced features for those who want to get into the code. There is always a bit of a learning curve with any new product, and this is no different with a product as dynamic as X. Trying to find a wordpress website template to redo my business website. Our main business is gained by the customer calling us. Can your template allow for a phone number (in text) to be placed in the header so the customer always has very visible access to it?

you can place the phone number in our top bar. There it’s always visible and with some little CSS tweaks you can also make the font size and color stick more out.

I have noticed that there is a new version available of Revolution Slider but I see no updates in my WP admin panel. Should I manually update the plugins that come with the X theme? (I have 4.2.5 and I see 4.3 available.)

you don’t have to manually update it. We update the plugins from time to time with our theme updates so for example the Revolution Slider plugin should be updated with our next theme update.

Brilliant theme. I’d love to purchase this. Just one question: your pricing terms state ‘Use, by you or one client, in a single end product’. Does this mean that even though this theme is able to produce websites for dozens of different clients, we’ll have to purchase it again for each client that we use it for?

Our theme offers 3 different header stylings, one for each stack. In addition to that on some stacks you can change the color and other little things. If you want to do some very specific things then most of the time it’s possible with some minor css tweaks we can help you with in our support forum.

when activating visual composer I recive the following error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function vc_set_as_theme() in /home/wwwmixhe/public_html/wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/global/admin/visual-composer.php on line 30

I would like to know how compatible is the theme if I want to use SSL on my site. I have seen some themes horribly coded for SSL where you have edit a lot of files and script references to have SSL barely work. Please let me know
We have not had any users report any issues, and we’ve never run into any issues with this before.
Have you installed an SSL on your theme for testing and test drive it at any point in the development ?
Yes, and not sure where you are gathering your information that SSL certs can be affected by a theme’s code as we’ve never seen or heard of that given that SSL certs are 3rd party services managed in conjunction with your web host. If there are any issues it would be with the host and certificate provider.
What tool is used / built in to make custom layout pages? Is it something like the Swift-builder from Swit Ideas? I’d like to see a demo video if possible,

Viewing on iPhone 5 (iOS 7.1), the menu does not disappear, but remains – covering all the content up. This is true on both portrait and landscape orientation.
Make sure you are viewing without the ThemeForest iFrame (view the demo links directly such as http://theme.co/x/demo/integrity/1/ and http://theme.co/x/demo/renew/1/ etc on your mobile device), and also be sure you are visiting one of the actual demos (not the theme.co/x/ page).
I assure you it is working as it should as you can see from this screenshot of the Integrity 1 demo on my iPhone 5 (7.1).

Indeed, the links you provided work perfectly. Thank you. Your responsiveness was very fast, too.
But, the path I took was to use the link from the ThemeForest page on my iPhone, dismissing the top bar (iframe?), then when the site is reloaded, it has that menu issue.
Obviously, your themes will work fine as deployed in the real world. However, I can’t help but think that a one-line mention that contains those links for mobile viewing might not be a bad idea. I can’t be the first to do this, and it would be a shame to lose even a single sale because of it.

The main reason I bought the X theme was because I thought I could display both a left and right sidebar at the same time, which I need for my site.
Unfortunately, I interpreted “Easily craft as many unique sidebars as you need” meant that I could also display more than one at a time. I’m sad that this is not the case and hope it’s possible for me to get a refund. 
I think it could be helpful if the information about the theme would clearly state that ONLY one sidebar can be displayed at any one time (the Icon menu being displayed on the side doesn’t count since it’s not a true sidebar).
Are you planning on releasing an upgrade that will allow for the display of two sidebars at the same time? If so, when?

Yes, just because one can create as many sidebars as they need, it doesn’t mean they can show more than one. The feature is meant to allow certain pages to show certain sidebars as explained here.
At this point we do not have plans to add that sort of functionality given our own development timeline for X and the other more requested features. We are happy to add this to our list for future consideration based on other requests we receive.

The problem I’m having is that I have set a “featured image” as per your page settings. Whenever the preview loads for my posts however, it has the full code from the featured image and I only want my main text showing as a preview. I’m quite confused as to why it’s doing that so if you could help I’d really appreciate it. Below is what it looks like

Having said that, X was developed to coding best practices, so any well developed plugin should play nicely with X (however unless it is integrated into the theme – Revolution Slider, Visual Composer, Gravity Forms, etc – then it is the customer’s responsibility to manage that process).
Since your question is also tied to WooCommerce, keep in mind that X simply provides styling for the shop (in this case 3 designs – one for each Stack), so any questions on functionality beyond the actual design would need to be directed to the WooCommerce folks.
