sorry i can’t login to the support area so i have to write down my support question here. i will use this theme with the user pro plugin. but when there is a 404 error when i save the permalink and want to access website.com/profile/username
do you have maybe any idea what could be wrong because in other themes (pruchased or free) it is working. thanks in advance for your answer.

1. How do I modify the “Drop us a line…” form. (add field and change title) 2. I would like to assign a button to launch/open the “Drop us a line…” form. I tried adding [#grve-contact-modal] to the href but that didn’t work.

- About the main contact form settings (fields and title) , we have already done the appropriate improvements that will be uploaded in our next update (in the next 3 days)
- Unfortunately, the main contact form (“Drop us a line…” form) has been designed to work only with the button in the header

hi how to upload demo content
First of all you need to install the WordPress importer. Go Tools->Import and install the importer.
In the downloaded package, in the main folder you will find the .xml file , named dummy-data.xml.
Import this by using the importer and that’s all. You will get Reload’s demo content in a few minutes.

- Reload provides menu position only on the right side in Original Version
- At this moment, Reload does not support such function.
- Counter element will be added soon in our layout builder

- If you don’t mean the Original Version navigation, sure you can. Create your own custom menu, place it in a widget area and use the left sidebar layout for the pages you wish. Additionally, you can set this as fixed sidebar.

Hi, I was about to purchase this great looking theme…. but I keep getting an issue with the classic menu. It seems to distort massively when rolling over just above the words. If you want a screenshot let me know, I saved it, but its fairly easy to replicate using Safari

Reload doesn’t provide sticky menu for mobile/ipad view. This will only cause navigation problems.
ok what about the side menu? is it possible to have that menu-button sticky?
Unfortunately, the header is not sticky for mobile in none of the two styles.

Great theme and bought it immediatly! I installed the theme and uploaded the demot data but the homepage looks a little strange. The icons in the header do not show up and the arrows in the slider also look strange. Can you tell me how to fix this?

First of all thank you for purchasing Reload theme. We tested dummy-data.xml several times and it seems to have no problem. The icons in the header are included in the theme so the import file isn’t mandatory for them, to work properly. Please let us know which browser you use. Just install the theme and check out the icons in the header without the demo content. Open a ticket in our support forum if the problem persists.
It still isn’t working properly. I opened a ticket in the support forum.
The issue has been fixed in version 1.0.1 of Reload theme.

We reuse with our theme style some basic layout/content elements from Visual Composer (Rows, Columns, Column Text, Accordion, Tabs).
