Hi there,
I’m using the Qode Slider to display a fullscreen video on my homepage. This video is not playing on mobile devices, and therefore I need to use a fallback image which I added in the ‘Slide Video preview image’ box. Is there any way to make this image responsive?

...or even better: is it possible to create a new slider (let’s call it ‘slider 2’) containing images and text, and let slider 2 be the fallback if the video in slider 1 isn’t playing?

The version of this theme on themeforest does not include a working version of the visual composer. I have Wordpress 3.9 installed and the visual composer just breaks every time I try and save anything. This has been addressed in the latest version of the visual composer. It cannot be updated by me as your theme holds a licence to use it.
Can you please update the theme so I can download the latest working version. At present you’re selling a theme that cannot be updated.

Please don’t upgrade to 3.9 (as we already kindly asked in comments section) until we test the theme and Visual Composer with new version of WordPress. We have 15 themes and we are working hard on updating all of them.

Hi. now I use contact form 7 because I need the subject field. With a bit custom css the form looks like yours

In your contact form the text color in input text field changes onfocus. On click the placeholder text changes in light grey and the input text is blue/main color. It looks great. Was the function coded in css or javascript? Can I add your class so that I can use this funtion on my contact form 7 plugin? Thanks for reply!

I submitted a support ticket (twice) via the ticksy support system but neither request is showing up in the account.
It was in regards to my previous comment about Eden not working properly (layout) on all environments (multisite/local testing environments). The import/layout only works when using live sites or testing environments.
Additionally the dummy data supplied is not current with the dummy data showing on the Themeforest demo. How can we get the most recent dummy data.
Will your 3.9 update fix this?

We are working on updating all our themes to work well with 3.9. You should check theme’s update log for 3.9 fix. We will also update dummy data.

Same problem here, i updated this morning to 3.9 but visualbuilder stops working, it destroyed almost 50% of my website… 
SO DON’T UPDATE! until new release by QODE.
Btw Qode i got one question, how do i update my visualbuilder, will that always be when you update this theme, or is there a faster way?

After wordpress update 3.9 the page builder don’t work. Please help!
How can I update the page builder?
After update to wp 3.9 I can not edit a text area. The text don’t want update after saving. And the wysiwyg icon are not displayed. The content boxes are sometimes at wrong positions.

It is mostly with the header and logo covering the navigation and search icon. Also the qode slider is looking strange. The layer slider seems to work good. Thank you.

im having a problem with my eden site… sometimes (it happened two times with me) when I enter the site, the google chrome crashes and presents the error: (a extension stopped working, name: unknown)... then the only thing I can do is to force chrome to close (via task manager)... this is awful… aand i dont have this extension installed… a friend of mine related the same error to me too…. you guys can help me? thanks!! site: www.webjor.com.br

I tried to setup that but didn’t succeed, as javascript comes from wordpress, from theme, from plugins and some files depend on others and always got JavaScript error.

You can set height in the shortcode, for example:

You can only show/hide web site field and change label of that field if you need other field instead that one. If you need more customization, you can use some forms plugin.

Hey guys! Super new to wordpress and the whole theme game. I did by your theme. I also have hosting by in motion hosting.
When I go to Wordpress for my theme and upload it and as I go to the theme, nothing is uploaded like what the live preview looks like.
