Thanks for your purchase! The cyclone slider is the slider in the body. The background slideshow can be setup from the Flight Option Panel under the Images tab.

Did you import the demo content (outlined in the documentation)? If so they should all be in your Media. If you didn’t want to import the demo content, you can download the background slider images here: http://demo.themesuite.com/flight/flight/images/background/slideshow/

Did you look at the Documentation included with the theme under the Flight Documentation folder? It is a complete guide including screenshots, you can see what you are looking for under the Image Settings section.
Either way, it is very easy to do:
1.) Login to WordPress wp-admin
2.) Click Flight on the left column (the Flight Option Panel)
3.) Click the Images tab
4.) Change the images to whatever you want
ok thanks for the help. I am getting “Missing Consumer Key” on the twitter feed in the widgets. I have put in everything for the twitter including URL and Username. What else is needed???
You haven’t created a Twitter Application for your account yet at http://dev.twitter.com/apps – Once you have created the Application on Twitter’s website, it will give you a Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, Access Token and Access Token Secret. You will copy and paste these key’s into your WordPress at Settings > Twitter Feed Auth.
This is all covered step by step in the instructions in the included Flight Documentation under the Twitter/Instagram section.

Yes, there is a shortcode for the client logos in the editor – just click the TS logo (same our profile icon to the left of this message), then Other > Logos

Thanks for your purchase! You can have more then one interactive map, but you can’t have more then one location per map (at least at this point). We can add this feature in an upcoming release if it is something you are interested in, just let us know.
Okay, so just to clarify; if I want Interactive Map A to have location A and Interactive Map B to have location B this can be done? How do I do this?
Sorry for the confusion, you can have Map A and Map B but the both would go to the same location. This is due to it being setup as a Page Template..
Oh okay so it’s all same location. This would be a great feature for the next release!

First you need to make sure you have Show Comments enabled under the Flight Option Panel > Blog. You will also need to enable it in WordPress discussion settings. Then copy page.php into the Child Theme and add $blog_options = get_option("blog_options"); to the top of that file.

I’m sorry, but now I have a short question regarding the lightbox feature. The documentation mentions that you have implemented the prettyPhoto solution. Usually the lightbox feature can be used by adding rel=”prettyPhoto” to the tag, but it doesn’t work. Isn’t it supported or am I doing something wrong? I don’t want to use a media grid for a single image if possible

Regarding the PrettyPhoto, just use data-rel=”prettyPhoto” instead of rel=”prettyPhoto”

We don’t support any plugins other then the integrated sliders, Portfolio, WooCommerce and WPML for language translation. That’s not to say it wouldn’t work, but we haven’t done testing to verify support for any additional plugins. We do have built-in SEO for meta information that can be customized on all pages and posts. Thanks for the question!

Hey Guys: I have used your Theme – FLight to build a website www.flyscenic.com, This is a helicopter tour company. everything has been working fantastic. Until recently, orders are being made by clients and processed through authorize.net … everything is fine there, Unfortunately the e-mail orders are not being sent to the helicopter tour company. Which is having guests who have scheduled a flight online show up and no space has been reserved for their flight. I have double checked all e-mail accounts they are receiving other e-mails… just not the ones where orders are placed. Have there been updates or are you aware of any possible solutions

Hey Rich – As far as I know there haven’t been any updates pertaining to your problem. Is it WooCommerce not sending the emails, or Authorize.net? Either way I don’t think you are looking a problem with the theme. You should check their Spam or Junk folders. Do you host their website? If so you should look at the logs on the server and that will give you a better idea of what is happening. Do they receive emails from the Contact form on the website? Please let us know if I am misunderstanding why you think it would be pertaining to the theme. I will also mention this to our Development guys tomorrow when we are back in the office and make sure nothing has changed that I am unaware of. Let me know if we can be of further assistance!

It’s not really demonstrated on the WordPress demo (we should add a Page showing it). You can see it in the HTML version here: http://demo.themesuite.com/flight/flight/index-video.html The functionality is built-in to the WordPress version and you can set it on a per-page or per-post basis under ‘Custom Flight Options’. YouTube videos are free but if you want to use Vimeo you would have to pay for a Pro account. Thanks for the question!

Great theme! How can I update the slogan underneath the homepage slider? I can’t find it anywhere. I like the three boxes underneath the slogan as well as it is on the demo. How can I make this happen? I cannot find this option on my front page. Is there a CSS editor box for this theme?

It is just an image, you can download it and then just place the image tag in to the Menu item before the text (ie <img src="cart_big.png" /> SHOP )
I emptied out the sample images, I added images to library the images are not appearing in the gallery page. The Media grid documentation does not appear to be the same version used by flight. Not clear on how to repopulate grid in gallery page
I figured it out. Once i made a grid all the options appeared
The breadcrumbs above the grid did however turned into buttons and not links

There is a shortcode button built-in when you are editing a Page or Post that will have a dropdown menu with the options to quickly insert the shortcodes
Hi, couple of pre-sale questions: 1) I’ll have a couple of long menu titles made by 2 words: is there a way not to have the 2 words inline but one over the other so that the menu title doesn’t go over the page content? for example instead of having ESECUZIONI IMMOBILIARI in one line is it possible to display ESECUZIONI IMMOBILIARI with the 2 words one over the other?
2) is it possible to have the whole page content displayed without scrolling?

1.) You can reduce the font size to accommodate. 2.) You could customize a page template to do this, or use the Body = None in the themes page options which hides the main body (fullscreen slideshow, video or static background). Thanks for you questions!

ex.. giveawaydogs giveaway cats ect….
and will need to make a new page for each.. Can I do this will designating a home page? I don’t want a stand alone home page at all. don’t need as they are strictly optin pages for giveaways..

You can just set the No Content option to ON (covered in the documentation). This will just leave your menu on the main page and that’s it (background optional). Then just create pages for each one of your giveaways, and you can customize is page with the Page Builder options we have built-in (to make each page as custom and different as you want – unique colors, pictures, backgrounds etc).
