Hello, I just emailed you about some Shop Side bar problems I am having. I have a bunch of sub categories in my Product Categories. When I click on some Product Categories inside Shop Sidebar all other filtering widgets disappear. I am not sure if I am suppose to setup a different side bar for it or why other widgets go away… Please see my email for login details.

Hello, I want to know if a product can be wholesale – if in a given period of time can get more orders and if it gets more orders, the price drops to a certain amount. The idea is that 20 people want that product and if in 1 week they order that product, that will make a single order on the site to be given to my supliers. I hope i made myself clear… Thank you.

Hi there, My client has this theme and I’m attempting to add the WooExtension Product Swatches, but getting all kinds of malfunctions. (this is to show variation swatches and typically works in tandem with the product image area) Is this possibly a known conflict – any chance of success in making them play nice together?

The captions are taken from the “title” tags from the links. Do you have a page URL example?
Nice theme and our client likes it. Pre-sales question. We are going to add Woocommerce subscriptions plugin to the site (they sell mostly subscriptions). Is there any reason to think that won’t work, and do you have any setup instructions for that plugin?

When you place the mouse over a product in both category and product page, a second image appears. How can I avoid this happening? I mean, I don’t want a second image to be shown. Thank you.
You can disable that in Theme Option > Category page

I sent several e-mails about having a problem with WPML. Some pages cannot be translated but do exists in the theme. For example. If you are on the dutch version and go to cart everything changes in English. Also when WPML is activated, SEO Yoast is not working anymore. Once we deactivated WPML, SEO Yoast is working again. Can you please respond to my former e-mails a week ago and help me out?

Can you help me make the transparent header compatible with the sticky header. I’ve submitted a ticket ages ago with no response. Im using the transparent header for my home page and various elements such as the featured boxes show up in front of the sticky header rather than behind. My site is www.cosmogosh.com you can check the problem there.

Hi, you need to add images to the product gallery. The first image in the gallery will show as hover image.
Sending you mail now, the facebook login for woocommerce does not appear to work, botht he facebook plugin and the facebook app are configured correctly, however when trying to use the facebook login in woocommerce upon checkout. it generates the error = Login error with no more information provided

Hi, does using the Facebook login at the “Registrer / Login” page work? Are you sure you have setup it correctly? (created a facebook app etc)
hi.. we sent an email, which includes an image showing the facebook app is setup correctly… when using the register login with facebook it goes to facebook for approval, click accept and when it comes back to wordpress it then generate a blank page with login error
I don’t know why, but the UX tab on the WP editor is gone…
