Hello! Working to get JW Player to work with YouTube videos, however no combination of settings in the theme or in YouTube import plugin seem to affect anything.
All YouTube videos are imported using the URL, via the plugin.

JW Player works with other videos, however I believe that this theme can pass the YouTube video to JW for playback (instead of using the default YouTube player). Will open a ticket now.
No, it’s not possible. JW is used in case of self-hosted video only

Currently it’s not possible for a single video post to have Classy-Slider style, but we will consider adding this feature in next update
In Theme Options you can configure to use the Player there, instead of thumbnail image.
Hello! Love the theme, however Auto Next is not working. However I should ask, does it work with YouTube videos? What if the viewer skips around (and to the end)? What about custom embed codes? Thank you!

It works with YouTube and Vimeo videos. it detects if the player reaches the end of the video, then it will redirect the page to next video.
It does not work with custom embed code, only with Video URL from youtube and vimeo.

i had two questions -
1. How did you accomplish the “Homepage With Photo” here http://demo.cactusthemes.com/truemag/homepage-with-photo/
2. How do you place the ad in the sidebar of you demo site? is it a text widget? or is that a specified ad zone within the theme? when i place it as a text widget it shows up with a grey line around it.

Thanks for your interested. Regarding your questions,
1. First you set Header Style in Theme Options to Sidebar. Then go to widget management and drag a text widget with an image in it.
2. Ad in sidebar is just text widget. To remove the grey line, choose ‘Fullwidth’ widget style for that widget, or add ‘no-border’ value in the Custom Variation field.

Your URL is inaccessible. Please check.
1. Do you mean the icons under main menu? It is social account configured in Theme Options > Social Accounts. Just leave the setting for Google+ empty, it will disappear.
2. Unfortunately, you can not make it open new window without modifying code. Open /truemag/header-navigation.php and edit line 189, add this property: target=”_blank” like this

You should create a child theme before doing that (https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes)

YES, you can turn on/off this arrow by:
Go to Theme Options > Single Post/Video > Enable Show More Content => Switch between enable/disable.

I just purchased the theme and it is still on 2.6.1. I have re-downloaded multiple times, including “Installable WordPress file only,” and still only get 2.6.1.
How can I get 2.6.2. Could you please make sure it is properly uploaded to ThemeForest?
I have a number of other issues, including no auto-fetching of video data even though I enabled it in the settings, but I suspect this is due to being on an older version that isn’t updated for Wordpress 3.9.

Yes, it’s possible. You just need to use a Text widget in sidebar.

You just need to check the “Do Not Fetch” checkbox so that it will not fetch data (which is empty) into post.
Found a small bug. When updating the theme from within WordPress, Visual Composer is not updating. I have even tried deactivating the theme, and pulling the new theme files over (did not work either). I had to start fresh from a fresh install of wordpress, and now I have the new version of Visual Composer working. Just a heads up for future releases.

Truemag’s plugins need to be manually installed (because we do not put them in wordpress.org). You could find all installable file in the download package, please install them via uploading or FTP

Hi. The theme automatically updated to v2.6.1 but now it is not picking up that there is an update to v2.6.2. How do i fix this and update the theme? it seems also that one can check both the “Yes” or “no” automatic update. should be one or the other. Thank you.

With Truemag v2.6.2, you should update manually. You need to download the latest package from themeforest and install theme and all plugins via uploading or FTP

The auto update feature is still there. The problem with 2.6.2 is that its version number is made incorrectly. Now we fixed it.
You can export your theme options (Option Tree > Export) to save the settings to make sure you do not lose any settings. After update, you can import again.
is it possible that whenever i upload a video in vimeo (using vimeo plus account) then it get automatically create post in my wordpress? If not, i would need to upload in vimeo and then create post for the exact video in WP. thanks.

Hi, I want to put a conditional logo. There is one specific page that I want to show a different logo picture (logo2.png), the rest use the normal logo (logo1.png) i set in the theme option. Is it possible? i tried to play around with custom code in the theme option but was no successful.

Would it be possible to add a rss icon in the social accounts header?
Sugestion: it would be great to have a generic way to add icons to this header. We could choose an icon, a link for it and add it. Otherwise you may always be missing something.
