I am a bit surprised you mention my support is “very poor”, considering i have never heard of you before. Where did you try and contact me for support?

I have written a long documentation file with a lot of screen captures explaining how to install the theme and components – i am sorry to hear you are having issues, as there should be a customization panel that allows to set up pretty much every detail you can think of within the layout.

Regarding support forum, I have just created a new support forum for this item as you are, indeed, the first buyer. You should now be able to enter the purchase code in the Flatdown MODX thread.

Thank you for your prompt response, however I am not trying to label you. I am just giving you the customers perspective, the rest is up to you.

I believe your documentation was poor, it didnt consider any variables or provide accurate support instructions. As I visited your website for support, but it was non-existent.

I also entered the Envato Purchase Code, hit submit, and it looped me back around with no confirmation message.

Like I said earlier, I like the theme and would like to continue to use it so thank you for reaffirming my decision with your quick support.
