Please use FTP and update the latest version (2.7.2). It fixed this error. (or you only need to update the file /truemag/inc/core/theme-core.php in the latest version)

1. TrueMag supports FaceBook comments. You just need to install official Facebook WordPress plugin.
2. All options for sharing can be found in Theme Options > Social Share
3. You need to modify code. Please submit ticket to http://cactusthemes.ticksy.com for more help
4. In which page you see the bug “Author, date/time of post don’t hides” ?
In addition, TrueMag 2.7.2 alreay has Submit Video feature. Please check http://doc.cactusthemes.com/truemag/#!/settings-usersubmit . “Suggest a video” is just a contact form for users to send suggestions to admin via email

1. Make sure you have the latest version of TrueMag. Every widgets should have a “Widget Style” select-box.

My videos won’t play on Mobile. I turned autoplay off and it’s still not working. The videos on homepage work, but not on my other video pages.
I think I fixed the other issue, but I have another issue. The logo is overlapping on the mobile theme and the navigation doesn’t even work on some pages.

I need to do for my client exactly the same, tried but not worked to change it me alone. I will host the videos in our server so i will almoust never use youtube videos… so… its posible to change it?
Thumbnail images will not be downloaded from video networks (YouTube, Vimeo…), i will uploaded all my sealf, so it is posible to change to another ratio that is not 4:3? How?
If it has a cost, or it can be a service you give us… please, need solution urgent. I buyed this theme because we thinked we could change…

I have isolated the problem more. It does not occur when the file is a mp4, but does with .m3u8 files.

I will use the hosted videos for my content (using video URL), but the host/source of the video is in my vendor’s hosting – Video File Field (not stored in my wordpress).
My vendor are offering with and without thumbnails’ video, May I know what is the plus minus? decrease the first byte loading time? how’s slow?

There is no problem using hosted video from other hosting servers. The loading speed will then depend on that server to serve the video. Of course it takes a little more time to open connection to outside server

I’m using the metro slider on my homepage, with 100% width (responsive). Is it possible to show the latest post in the middle of the slider instead of off to the left? I have the slider set to auto-start… so the first thing that happens when you hit the site is the latest video gets pushed off of the page. I think it would be a lot more effective if the latest video is sitting right up front and center.
