For ACF would contain “custom fields”, and as you may seen it in their documentation, you will need to add the relevant php tag in place where you need it (content.php for example) – or the shortcode in each post. We have no way of guessing what custom fields a client would use and where they need to be displayed. We can point you to the right file when needed.

And yes, Child Themes are supported and we always encourage to use them for customizations.

Theme settings can be exported/imported but there’s a lot more data that has to be moved using other migration plugins. Hence it’s not for migrations. For migrations from dev to production, we recommend this method.

There’s a category slider but that only works with categories. Unfortunately, this isn’t a default feature.

Perhaps a code edit might be possible to use the category slider on these pages. Although, that might only work well with latest posts sliders. For further support, please create a topic at our Support Forums and support should assist you.

Exact copy won’t be possible as already mentioned on the item page, the images are copyrighted – they’re not included with the theme. Please follow the section in documentation “Sample Content Import” (under Installation) to get rest of the data.

1. It should, theoretically work. You can add the shortcode in a text widget of the pagebuilder.

2. A few of our users have used Visual Composer. But, you will have to shortcodes for all blocks if you don’t use our page builder.

As of now, sorry to say that if there are multiple categories, it uses the WordPress’s default sorting order which is alphabetical. A few of our users had issue with this. So a feature to select a category for the label for each post is coming in the next version (in a week, hopefully).

Yes. Image captions are visible for images inserted in the post. For featured images, it’s a feature coming in a future release. Meanwhile, there’s a solution at the forums (accessible to buyers).
