When will the video header in this theme be able to properly use self-hosted video? Right now only YouTube works, and self hosted videos cause issues in certain browsers, especially Chrome, even when all 3 video formats are used (mp4, WebM, ogv)

Hi United – my shortcode generator is not working. Just blank popup with the title “United Themes Shortcodes” at the top. Any ideas? I’ve tried in Chrome and Firefox and have all adblockers turned off.
Site is running 3.9.1 and am running the latest version (v2.5) of your theme.

no this template does not use VC. It’s a page based system with a mix of shortcodes as the content. All shortcodes can be built with an editor.

Running into two issues:
Firstly, I followed instructions precisely, set up two pages, assigned static pages, double checked they were set to “section” and added them to menu and I still I am getting the error : Information: There are no Pages are assigned to the menu yet or the assigned pages are not set to menutype “Section”! Please read the delivered documentation carefully. We recommend to start with the “Start from Scratch Setup” documentation part.
Second issue: in the brief period when I was able to see the “posts” content, it said that there was no posts to be displayed and to try searching, when I had clearly had posts.
Please advise.

Hey guys, great theme! I’m having a bit of trouble with an external app, it’s a map that has a city rollover function, I’m not sure who to speak to about it, It basically doesn’t resize when the width is changed down to mobile sizes etc, so it looks pretty awful, is there any way to contain it on the page so it stays centralised and shrinks when the width is altered? Each section you see inside the demo is a page inside the system and its content will be built with shortcodes you can easily create by using a visual shortcode builder.
2 – Can you choose to have the pages set-up as individual pages rather than as a one page website?
You can only have a single one page per installation. All other pages you create are able to build are default pages.
3 – Do you have the functionality to make it a boxed site that has a restricted width rather than the wide style that expands to the edge of the browser?
Yes you can decide if a section is fullwidth or centered but the site itself still remains fullwidth.

First, I like the Brooklyn theme very much! I just bought it and I can not wait to see it work. But I have problems with activating a page. For example, when I want to activate “Our philosophy is” nothing happens when I save the change. The menu also doesn’t become visible on the index.
