First i would like to greet you on this wonderful work love the theme, I have a small issue if you may help me out, my Company logo is 180px in height so the menu auto shifts to the middle which is fine but the gap between the menu and submenu is big, Is there anyway to fix that.

I want to purchase this but the client is set on having the logo (.png) in the middle and the menu on either sides (two pages on the left & two on the right) is this possible and fairly easy to set-up? Wouldn’t want to waste my time if this causes issues to the page layout! Please let me know asap as I intend to buy today

It is possible to set logo to be in the middle, but then the menu will be in the middle too, below the logo. It is not possible to set header (logo position and menu position) from page to page, since we are using page transitions (ajax), and than, header is not reloading, only content.

I’ve actually purchased and used the Elision theme (which for the most part is a fantastic theme). This theme seems to be similar in many ways, I was just wondering if the load times and coding were better? Elision is painfully slow. In addition, the quode background video slider doesn’t function on mobile devices. Is that the same for this theme? Will you be offering better technical support? I’d love something with the look of Elision but without the technical issues. Please let me know and thank you.

Also, our support is handling tickets quickly, usually within 24 hours, but in many cases much faster. When you say that background slider doesn’t function on mobile devices, what exactly is the problem?

I think those guys took our logo and name as our designer draw it and we never saw this web site until now. Our theme is based on our framework and it’s not related to this framework in any way.

In order to see it, you need to install WooCommerce plugin. Once you enter products, you just need to choose woocommerce template and products will be shown, no need for any content (as we show you on screenshot).

Hi ! I’m using the testimonial option and wanted to know if there was a way to change the time duration testimonials stay on the page before change to the next one on the page? I have it set to control manually but I’m finding that the control buttons in many cases are not visible because they appear significantly down the page because it appears that the overall text bucket adjusts to and remains at the height of the longest testimonial. I have numerous testimonials with some long and mostly short. I would either like to change the rotation speed and/or have the bucket adjust to the length of individual testimonials. Please advise if that is possible otherwise I need to do testimonials in a different page layout.

You can change it in “js/default.js” (default.min.js) file on line 2193, where flex slider is initialized for testimonials. There you can add property “smoothHeight” and set it to “true”, in that way height of slider will be changeable depending on one testimonial height. Also, there you can change “slideshowSpeed” value on larger than 6000 (6s).

Hi, Thanks, the bucked does now adjust however the round manual control buttons remain static and don’t move with the bucket variable bucket. Can that be changed so that the buttons move with the bucket size. BTW thanks for your superior support.

If you are referring on our contact map, you don’t need to enter any api key there, only an address.
Regarding js, all js functions are in one file (in order to reduce calls to server) but if you don’t have some element on page (for example slider), function for that element will not be executed, we implemented js in that way.

I am using the PerfectTheme and wanted to move my menu into the header or above the header with logo and social media icons. - Can you tell me in options your recommendations for bringing the horizontal menu up? - adding the social media icons, is that done using the icons in the menu preferences or will I have to use anchors? Regarding social icons, you can add them in Appearance > Widget, and there are widget areas in which you can add social icons shortcode.

One more thing, please: when clicking on twitter icon in the footer – there is a code added straight after the twitter URL (%E2%80%8E) and twitter cannot find the username. Let’s say that my twitter url is: “blablabla/marzena” so when clicking on twitter icon I get: ””blablabla/marzena%E2%80%8E” I have checked the widget and I enter only link to my twitter account without any extras – even on your demo is happening. Can you help me with that, please..? Thank you
I guess, there is ”?” added somewhere in the theme code but I cannot find it where. As I said, I have checked my link in notepad and it is ok without any ”?” at the so it has to be the core theme code. I hope you can fix that, please. Thanks

I would like to ask again about the Content Menu, which is used on the homepage with Layer Slider in full mode. The menu gets displaced from time to time and gets mixed up with the top menu. At first I thought that it was only when I am logged in to WP but now I can see that it happens even when logged off. The Content Menu supposed to be placed on the black bar/row under slideshow but sometimes is jumps to the top, next to the top navigation and it shouldn’t be there unless I scroll the page down. But this is not the case… when I reload the page the menu appears on the black bar for split seconds but straightaway goes to the top instead being under the slider. I have added the screenshot already in my previous comment. Can you help me out with that please..? Thank you

Layer Slider has no height on page load, it gets his height when page is fully loaded, so probably, Content Menu calculate it’s position before knowing the height of Layer Slider which sometimes gets you to situation that you have. On our demo we put our Select Slider which has height before page load. Your situation can be solved with custom css, so you can put height of Layer Slider.
