Is there a way to have the classic navigation (with the horizontal menu visible i.e. links to the various pages, in addition to icon links) on a sticky wrapper (the header starts at the bottom of the page and goes up while the user is scrolling – the feature image is above the header)?
For now I can only see a sticky wrapper when I select the original nav (but it forces me to choose the vertical menu while I need it horizontal with links visible).

First of all, great theme, really.
I’d like to place a revolution slide (instead of the parallax one) directly under the header (menu bar), like you did in your demo pages “Shop Fullwidth” or “Home/Revolution Slider”.
But I always get a beautiful white space above of it. No possibility to remove this from there.
What’s the trick?

Your questions have to do with the WooCommerce plugin and not with the theme. So:
- Yes, you can sell downloadable products with WooCommerce Plugin. For further details, visit this tutorial.
- Yes, it is possible to have photo gallery for each product. For example, see this product page in our preview. Notice that you aren’t able to show gallery in the shop overview, but only in the single product page.

First of all, this cannnot be done out of the box with WooCommerce. However, it can be done with some modifications or with the Catalog Visibility Options extension. Alternatively, you could do your research in the WordPress plugins in order to find a plugin that suits your plans.

- Auto-update with envato-kit has just been added. It ’s a new feature in our next update (in a couple of days).
- Yes, it is supported. This is a VC feature.
- To be honest, we haven’t tested these elements.
- As you can see in this demo, Reload offers a WPML language selector in the header.

Here I come again to ask you a last question (hope so!): for my project, I’ll need lots of ‘blank pages’. I mean, pages without footer and without header but only content made with all other theme capabilities. I can see that Reload doesn’t allows to make this kind of template yet.
My question please: I would like to make these ‘blank pages’ as a template to use it as many time I want. But I’ll probably need ‘little help’ to make this possible. Is this kind of help part of your job when customers buy Reload theme?

Firstly, you have to read our profile page on Themeforest or visit our Support Forum (read intro) in order to understand the scope of the support.
Regarding your question, Reload provides (in each page options) the possibility to disable the content, the footer and the copyright area but not the header. It’s worth mentioning that we love our customer’s feedback but we cannot promise extensive support for every modification someone needs.

This theme seems amazing with very good ergonomics ideas! I think the UI experience is very good with Reload. I like several things in this theme, especially inside the ‘Creative home’, the way the image gallery is displayed.
I can see that Reload allows to have blog posts on the home page. I would like to have the latest blog’s posts on the home (the number I choose) but not with the default presentation you show for example in the ‘Classic Home’ ; I would like to display a pictures gallery (like inside the ‘Creative home’, the way the image gallery is displayed) to link with the lasts blog posts: I would like each picture (featured image?) links with its post.
Is Reload’s page builder allows to do this?

At this moment there isn’t such a blog element available. The closest to this, as a style, is the portfolio carousel (in home page). We will think about adding a blog carousel (which will be the sixth blog element in Reload– Large, Small, 2 columns, 3 columns, Masonry, Labeled are the existed blog elements) in a future release of Reload.

First of all, we’re glad you love Reload. Secondly, we are informing you that your pre-sale questions have to do with Reload style in general, and not only with the original navigation style.
- Reload doesn’t support BuddyPress at this moment. So you’ll have to fix css issues in case you will use BuddyPress plugin. We have to be honest with you.
- If you like a portfolio overview without featured images, Reload doesn’t support this functionality. In addition, if someone don’t use a featured image, Reload will use a placeholder image as fallback . Otherwise, if you mean that you like only text on the hover of portfolio overview, it is easily achieved.
- This is a modification that could be done (code skills required)

Thank you for the prompt reply! Just to be sure, BuddyPress will work but I’ll have to change something in the css to make the new elements be cohesive with the rest of the layout, right? Because if it’s just a matter of appearance (and not a matter of compatibility), that’s okay with me. Just another question: since it is impossible to add portfolio elements without a featured image, is there a way to use the category filter for text elements? I’d like for my website to have a section filled with environmental definitions (just like Wikipedia entries, where you can click on preview title to get to the article) filtered by letter (as in your portfolio example section with the ‘all’, ‘business’, ‘logos’ and ‘photography’ filter). Is that possibile?

According to BuddyPress, that’s exactly what we mean. It’s just a matter of appearance (css) and not a matter of compatibility. It’s worth mentioning that Reload is compatible (excluding style) with all first class plugins like BuddyPress.
