Hello, I was trying to access the support page but it seems to be offline. But I’m not sure if it a bug or not on the theme but I when using Grid(smart content) to display audio and standard format items on homepage, Video items show but other do not. I’m desperate to sort this out as I want to group items on homepage as Videos, Audio and Text.

In Video mode,only Video Post Format posts are displayed in the grid. To display other posts, change Theme Options > General > Theme Purposes to Magazine.

I have my Videos image/Featured image set to “Inboxed” which is default. Everything looks great but in Mobile the Video is huge. Is there an option for making the Video/Video Image fit on the mobile screen in single posts that I’m over looking?

It’s a known bug that we are going to fix in next release. Meanwhile, you can fix it yourself by adding this Custom CSS into Theme Options > General > Custom CSS
You could add custom CSS to achieve that:

1. As I mentioned, I do not get your point clearly. Please take a screen-shot of the problem so we can suggest correctly.
2. We are receiving tickets normally from other customers, so I guess the ticket system is working properly. Make sure you have used the same email with ThemeForest account and a correct purchase code.

This question is in regards to the related videos carousel on the bottom of the single post page. The carousel doesn’t show videos related to the same category. How do I change it so it shows videos/posts from the same category?

Please, go to “Appearance > Theme Option > Single Post/ Video > More Videos Same Category”
I did that and it didn’t solve the issue. Sometimes are only a few videos in the related videos on the button of the page(http://temporary.gtv.com/the-trick-to-forming-perfect-burger-patties/), sometimes there are no videos(http://temporary.gtv.com/how-to-make-a-porterhouse-steak-with-roasted-garlic-schmear/).
How do I fix it so that the related videos carousel on the bottom of the page is consistently filled with videos?

Hello i have 3 problems after install sample datas.
- All Demo home pages have showed content after install sample datas, but after using frontend editor and saving all content don’t show no more. I have a blank home page now. Can you tell me why ?
- On right sidebar i have some blocks with top videos or other, but i miss the video thumbs
- Video Slideshow and other slideshows are blank, revolution slider worksonly
I have a clean fresh wordpress installed and after this your theme and all plugins installed too and acitvated and after activating i have installed the sample datas …
