How i can change the color theme from dark to light? I need to do it manually for each page? There are texts (blockquote) I try to put on black, but the template default puts them in white.

have you watched the forum carefully? We are answering answering lots of threads a day but not constantly 24 hours a day. You will recognize that everyone will get an answer within 12-24 hours. However yes you need to make it for each page, there is not global option. Further support only via forum.

Revolution slider updated to 4.5.01 ?
When are you planning to put the revolution slider update Version 4.5.01 SkyWood (06th June 2014).
In actual version 4.3.8 of the plugin within this theme, is not possible to assign different navigation assets trough the plugin settings or to change them with CSS.
How can i do to do that?

There is only one person named Pam looking once very quickly in the morning at all threads (i have check in her profile). This person is not so competent verily for some real bugs and she sent me off…
Then i have to wait at all 2 or 3 days until a real dev have look at this! So not so prompt support in some cases…

Hey guys,
I’m having problems with my contact form. I can’t send anything without it returning as spam. I’ve tried creating both new forms and tried using captcha but it always comes back as “FAILED TO SEND YOUR MESSAGE. PLEASE TRY LATER OR CONTACT THE ADMINISTRATOR BY ANOTHER METHOD.”
How do I disable the spam check? I could care less if I get some spam, but I need to get all messages no matter what.

I’m afraid that this is not a theme related issue. We do not have so much experience with the technique behind these plugins, so you should directly contact the plugin author. In meantime you can try to send all your form email with SMTP, maybe you will get better results than with php sendmail and at least deactivate askimet if you are using it.

Hi,
I have tried about everything but I haven’t found out how to add an gallery to a portfolio page. My client wants to show several images per portfolio, so I would like to use the navigation like shown on http://themeforest.unitedthemes.com/wpversions/brooklyn/extended/?skin=light under the portfolio item “STREETS”.
I have used the gallery “post type” but nothing seems to work.
How can I integrate that? And, do you have a video shown it?

A few quick questions about your beautifully designed theme as I am shopping around…
1. The button that rests on the main header, can it be duplicated on headers for projects so that it takes them back to the portfolio page?
2. Can the overlay on headers handle PNG images for logos?
3. Can the portfolio projects be inline frames that overlay the grid?

Single portfolio pages do not provide any buttons by default. You need to modify the code of this template part manually. But this file can be easily placed inside the child theme for example.
2. Can the overlay on headers handle PNG images for logos?
Yes of course, but you need to change the CSS code for the overlay in order to load a different PNG , since there is not option to define a different PNG than the ones we have used in our demo.
3. Can the portfolio projects be inline frames that overlay the grid?
Yes of course, have a look to demo 1 for example. It’s an inline solution.

Wait are you saying that what I’m requesting is possible with an update? In the Theme Options > Front Page > Hero Settings. I would like my “Custom Hero HTML” to remain while the fullscreen background image rotates like a fullscreen slider. How can I accomplish that?

you initial question is a bit confusing, with “front page” you are talking about the “hero” right?. Custom Hero HTML in combination with the integrated background slider is not possible yet, in this case we recommend to use the revolution slider, that why we redirected to the plugin update. But if you like to remain the custom HTML static as a layer in front of the slider, than you need to make a code change. I’m pretty sure this has been discussed inside our forum, but wasn’t able to find the thread yet.

Hey Guys, Yes! My apologies for the confusion. I did mean the “hero”! I love this theme but that’s the only thing I’d like to see in a future update. I have several images that I’d like to display in my hero, But I don’t want to change the text on top of it for each one. I tried the Revolution Slider but it still doesn’t allow this functionality. Please let me know if you have any suggestions to achieve this before you guys integrate it into the theme. In the mean time I’ll be looking for the thread. Thanks!

I have so far bought 3 different installations for client projects and I am really happy with the theme.
I have a licensing question and would appreciate your feedback.
We want to use your theme as a template for many client sites and are happy to pay for a license each time. Each published website will be for a Restaurant. We want to spend the time to design a “master” site which is loaded with content and images, then duplicate the site and change logos / content as required. The site will have a standard structure and we will build the menu and pages in the master site.
There are several WP plugins that will enable us to duplicate the site and database but how do we activate a unique license for each site?
Our aim is to be able to duplicate the master site and then turn on and off the content we require.

You don’t need to “activate” a licence, means there is no form where you can enter and assign a license for a domain / project. It’s enough if you simply own these licences and handle them over to your clients.

of course it does, it’s standard CSS , but you need to know how to use such a code. Basically we recommend to make such changes inside the child theme – to keep the theme update able. But it’s more for experienced users.

Well one part of this coding is basic CSS and the other part is WordPress basic coding. These things are not covered by out documentation. We recommend to use the source you already mentioned and the WordPress Codex. http://codex.wordpress.org/

I have over 100 galleries but my idea was to make menu items names scenes 1-10, then 11-20, etc. then inside that menu would be 10 galleries buttons. So that’s multiple levels of menus. is this possible?

as long as you use this plugin for the regular content it should work fine. But basically the theme has been optimized for the support of vimeo and youtube. As well as selfhosted videos. But we do not have any experience with this wiredrive plugin, it at the current stage you simply need to test it.

these kind of icons have been introduced with Version 2.5 of this theme. So at least you need to run this version to get these icons. It’s not a plugin in this case. It’ a self made solution. In order to activate these icons you need to go to “Settings” > “Portfolio”.

Thank you so very much! I have been searching the forums for this answer for a week and all the while thought they were not working. I had no idea there was another place for portfolio settings. I see that this does not work on the slide up ajax portfolio, only on the separate page yes? I know you guys are very busy, I LOVE this theme and all the features, please consider adding the share bar feature to the portfolio when it is set for “as part of the one page”.
