afternoon! been trying to use the shortcode [dt_sc_hr top] in order to return users to the top of the page. Where ever I insert the code, though, it puts the first few words of the NEXT line above, or on top of, the “top” button.
Anyone else experiencing?

Hi, First, congratulations for the excellent theme. Easy to understand and easy customization. I have only one difficulty and would like your help. At page “home” I’m using recent post for the blog, I’m using the shortcode: [dt_sc_post id = “246” excerpt_length = “15” read_more_text = “Read More” /] By default i’m use 3 posts, but I wish they automatically change whem a new post was published, this is possible with the tools of your theme? I make this using a plugin but the mobile version was not 100% responsive. Sorry my english, I hope you understand. Tks.

I have a problem with the Portfolio Template Page: my aim is to display all the portfolio items except the ones of a certain category (called “Reserved” with ID=41).
Now in the backend I’ve selected the portfolio to be a four column filtrable. And then I’ve choosen all the categories I wanted to display with the dropdown.
As soon as I choose categories from the dropdown nothing shows up. If I show all the post (leaving the dropdown with “Select category…”) it correctly shows up everything.

Please follow the steps listed below:-
1) You can edit the background of the header directly from the css file http://alpha.midnize.com/panacee/wp-content/themes/soulmedic/style.css line no: 286 (#header). Try to set the background as transparent as per your need.
2) Please try to import our demo slider from the attached zip file ( https://www.dropbox.com/s/vz04kgp08hi9iwa/demo.zip ). Use that file inDashboard -> Revolution Slider -> Import. Once imported check the settings in that slider. Also you can refer the revolution slider documentation for more information http://wedesignthemes.com/documentations/revolution/

3) You can numerous menu items in the header which makes it to go the line 2. Please remove some menu items or make it as submenus by dragging the menus.

You can create widgets for contact page by Dasboard -> Soulmedic -> Widget Area -> Contact Pag ( dropdown box) -> Save All. Now go the Appearance -> Widgets. You can see the widget area created for the contact page. Just add whatever widgets that you need.

I have a problem with product images in Woo.
When I add a single product image to a product, the image rollover works fine. If I add a product gallery, the rollover shows two images both cropped in half. Also the title of the product is dropping down too far and leaving a large space between the image and text.

When user are at the blog page (category/blog), you can see al the posts with images. When clickin on image/title/read more link then the post page is opening. How is it possible to scroll doen at the post page directly to the text, under the feutured image.

Hello I updated to word press 3.9, and the short codes menu is missing. I downloaded the updated files you have but I’m unsure of what files I need to overwrite. If i have changed code for the logo placement how do I ensure I don’t lose that.

1) Our soulmedic-v1.3 is compatible with wordpress3.9. So make use of that updated version. 2) Shortcode builder issue – (i)Go to wp-folder / wp-content / plugins / and delete designthemes-core-features folder. (ii) Go to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Install plugins and install designthemes-core-features plugin
3) If you want to do anychanges for logo, have to do those changes in child theme directory. So that those codes wont overrides while updating theme.
