Hmmm yeah I see what you mean. The buttons work on our live demo for me, but it takes two clicks instead of just one. I’ve logged this in our system and you can expect a solution in our knowledgebase within a day or so. Check here under the “All Knowledgebase Posts” or the “3.5 Articles” section.

The title issue you describe is just line-height setting on typography tab, go there and set default values.

Yes you can update to 3.5 from any previous version. See our docs for how to do that, you will not be able to use the auto updater though yet, you have to be on v3.5 for that. But use the traditional method. http://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/install-update/how-to-update-theme/

See this note from our docs on importing sliders.

Common Issues – If you already have sliders made, its possible that our demo sliders may not be applied to the pages. Sliders are applied by the “Slider ID” and each slider gets its own unique ID and they are given in numerical order. If you open up a page after importing the content, and you see an error stating something like “LayerSlider cannot be found” or ““Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias Avada_Full_Width not found.” you only need to edit the page, and then assign the correct slider to display on the page.

Also, be sure you have the rev and layer slider installed and activated before you import demo content.

Yeah me too Then I realized that it was left out of the shortcode setup, and it will be added shortly. But it will show in header and footer areas right now.

Thanks for the comments! Have you cleared your browser cache? The sticky header did not change from the version so it should not be affected at all. I’m not seeing this on our live demo, its working well for me in Chrome.

Can you post on our forum so we can look at your site? Also, check it on other pages to see if you only see it on certain pages.

It’s actually not on my website, as i’ve mentioned due to this minor issue i haven’t updated yet. I see it on your demo page, on the homepage and everywhere, it happens if you scrolldown quickly. I will try to screenrecord it so you can see and check it out. Thanks for the quick respond.

Yeah we don’t see that and have not had any reports of it on forum either. The best thing to do, is to post on our forum and include your site URL that is on 3.4 so we can compare the two. We can make videos of both to see if there is a difference. Also I assume you have, but make sure you close out the top TF purchase bar and only view the live demo: http://theme-fusion.com/avada/

Nothing requires a wp reset, and if it fails it is absolutely not the themes fault at all. That’s not possible. The importer either works or it does not, there is no in between. And the importer certainly wrks in the theme.

You can import ALL demo content through the importer in theme options. Or if you do not want it all, then simply import individual XML files for what you need through the standard WP import method.

You can import our demo sliders separately as well.

Most themes (at least 95% of the ones here) do not even have an importer, they rely on XML files which is tedious work. But with Avada, you can …

1. import individual XML files for only the stuff you need.

3. Import all demo content from our theme options importer. http://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/demo-content-info/import-xml-file/

Pinch to zoom is not going to happen when using responsive mode, it is not needed. If you do need that, you will need to add it separately or use a plugin that offers that feature. And I’m not sure where you read that many such plugins do not work with Avada but that is not true.

Pinch to zoom is not something we will ever add to Avada because we feel the responsiveness of the theme does that for you. If you need this feature, look into a plugin that offers it.

Hmmm … we’ve not used that ourselves so cannot guarantee that it will work but it should be fine. If there is an issue with it we can take a look on our forum and see if its theme related and fix it if possible.

Something is not uplaoding for you then. Please refer to our docs on how to update the theme. Please note, the auto theme updater can be setup now, but will not work until we release our next version. But you can upload the traditional methods via FTP or via WP.
