Go through the following instruction you get a clear view:-
Please confirm whether you have updated the designthemes-core-features plugin. If no, then go through the following process:
(a) Delete designthemes-core-features plugin through Wp-folder -> wp-content -> plugins.
(b) And then, kindly get into the Dashboard -> Appearance -> Install plugins (Updated plugin).
By installing the updated designthemes-core-features plugin, you can able to view your shortcode plug-ins in the editors

How can we get the form on the Appointments page in the demo?

1) We have attached appointment page shortcodes ( https://www.dropbox.com/s/43mrw5g7rpe2rjy/appointment_shortcodes.txt ) so refer https://www.dropbox.com/s/33goq3xb71m0t93/appointment_page.png and create page.
2) Also you have to create appointment form by using contact form 7 plugin. copy codes from https://www.dropbox.com/s/cicvc11xi1o6zjw/appointment_form.txt file and go to Dashboard -> contact -> Add New form and paste copied codes and save it you can view new generated shortcode so -

If you want to use this form, you have to paste shortcode in content area.

Our shortcode generator is not displaying in either visual or text. I read in a previous thread that this was due to an incompatibility with WP 3.9.
Last relevant answer was:
“If you are using the Theme in WordPress 3.9, you will get this issue. So Please continue using the Theme with WordPress 3.8.
We haven’t checked the Theme compatibility with the latest version of WP ( version 3.9) yet. We’ll update our theme for WordPress 3.9 ASAP, and will let you know.”

I am having problem in the doctors page. Whenever I add a new row in a table the “fa-user-md” this icon removes itself. Then I need to add the span tag again.
But if i made any change again the these icons.
ANd these icons changes after the default table those I have added.

Hello, I am running into problems on the mobile side. When viewed on an iPhone the submenu will not let me scroll down (I have many sub items) to see the rest, instead is scroll the page behind the menu.

Hi!., For more sub menu items, disabling the sticky navigation from mobile will be the solution. This error is caused by trying to install the entire download ZIP package rather than the actual theme itself. The downloaded package contains documentation,child theme etc. So unzip package and find actual theme file then install theme.

I went to http://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/icons/ and tried adding the class name in my shortcode. I added fa-cog like this:
[dt_sc_icon_box type =" type5" fontawesome_icon='fa-cog' title='Advanced Technology' link='#' ]However, that did not work. So, seeing that your example icons do not have the fa before them, I excluded the fa and just used cog.
Still, that does not work.
So, where is the right list for the icons I can use on the theme? I thought Font Awesome was the correct place.

If you update font awesome icons version, issues will fix. Please follow the steps listed below:-
1) Go to Theme-directory -> css replace following files – font-awesome.css and font-awesome.min.css
2) Go to Theme-directory -> fonts replace following file – FontAwesome.otf,fontawesome-webfont.eot,fontawesome-webfont.svg,fontawesome-webfont.ttf and fontawesome-webfont.woff

I replaced all the files you mentioned. The font-awesome.css wasn’t in the Theme-directory > css folder, only the font-awesome.min.css was in that folder. So, I placed the font-awesome.css in the “css” directory. I actually tried both once without the font-awesome.css, and once with the font-awesome.css file. Neither one of those let me add an icon using the “fa-” before the class name (for example: “fa-child”).
How can I get these icons to work? What am I doing wrong? Here is a link to my homepage: http://ewf.christianinternethosting.com/
The icons there right now are just using icons we found from the dummy content.
Hi!., We checked your site and the font awesome class that you mentioned “fa-child” and “fa-cog” are working. We tried it with firebug and it worked correctly. Check the attached screenshot of your site. Let us know if you have any questions.
Well if you put “fa” into the shortcode (like “fa-child”) it wouldn’t work. However, if I exclude the “fa” when I put the class name into the shortcode the icon will work. You didn’t mention that before. But it works, so thanks!

Ah yes you don’t need to put the “fa-” in the shortcode. It is already written in the code. Just the shortcode like below is fine. Sorry for that, hope you resolved the issue.
