I have selected to Template Builder, but I found that we cann’t Edit and Delect these Template Buidler. We can Clone and Export these Template Buidler. And we can also create a New Template, but I can’t edit or delect it too. Why not? Could you tell me the reason.

Why there is no “BACK TO TOP” button that most of the theme has it floating on lower rightside of the screen? I created a layout that is very long and it will be easier to go back on the top if there is a “BACK TO TOP” button.

Hello, i just downloade this theme.. is awesome, i have a couple of doubts about this.
First one.. is there any way that i can show the tagline of my website in the header? i searched in the theme options but i didnt found anything
Second one, yesterday i was working in my localhost with the template builder normally, then it stop working and i can edit or delete my templates, only clone and export.. is there any problem with this? (as additional info: in chrome doesnt work, i tried in firefox and worked well)
And finally, how can i change the full width no side bar template? im searching it in the template builder but i didnt found nothing

1) You can add use the Top Slogan via Header Options 2) It could be a plugin conflict, please try to disable your plugins that recently installed. 3) You can’t edit that template but you can create yours via Template Builder http://rttheme18.demo-rt.com/customizing-with-template-builder/

I am trying to upload the dummy content. i used the link to register to rt-support and typed in the information requried. and it was supposed to send an email with my password but 24 passed and i did not get nothing. questions: when will i get the password? is there another way to upload the dummy content?

I think it is not be a plugin conflict, because I just downloaded this theme on Aug 12 and use it at my local host. The button of “Edit” and “Delect” are not used now when I closed all plugins. And I also found other question, in the Menu I did not find “portfolio categories” and “product categories”, so I cann’t make my custom Navigation Menu. Why not this theme RT-18 has many questions? I had bought RT-16 before 2 years, and I have used it very good!

Hi there, I created the pages of a site with Page Builder and I know that this theme is 100% compatible with Yoast SEO plugin, but I think there is some problems. It seems that the SEO plugin doesn’t see the page contents (text and images). For each page, the plugin gives me a bad result in optimization, it indicates that there aren’t words and images in the text and keywords in the first part of the text, but it can’t be true! You can copy & paste the text of your page to the main content area of the page to let SEO plugins analyzes the content and make suggestions. Yes, the seo plugin can only analyze the main content of a page. Since yours empty in the backend (when using a template without default content module) you need to provide a content to the plugin by duplicating the contents that inside the template. Please note, this is only effecting the plugins keyword analyze tools not your real SEO performance.

First of all it’s an amazing theme with a lot of functionality, actually i want to get this theme but please i want to ask about :
1. How to completely disable and remove the ( Shop, Cart ) and any related file and code from the theme.
2. How to completely disable and remove any plugin that i don’t want to use ( as Slider ).
3. Why there is no ( back to top ) button in this great theme, so after scrolling in along page i can go back to top.
4. Did this them completely support using a Child them without any problem ?

this is a presales question: In the demo screenshots and tutorial I couldn’t figure out whether the following settings of the flexslider can be changed: The slider shall not start automatically and the title on the photo shall not jump in, but come in directly with the picture without an extra animation.

Hi stmcan, thanks for your reply. I checked out all three sliders and thought the flexslider would be fitting best for the project whose general appearence shall be quite a calm one. Do the slider settings allow to let the text come in directly with the photo and without an extra animation like on this page http://t3bootstraptv.de/de/extensions/flexslider/ ? 2) Yes, but you need to note that the flex slider is flexible and the height will be changed according the layout and screen size. I used same images in height and widths here http://rttheme18.demo-rt.com/home-page/ to achieve that problem. But if you use the boxed version, it will be much easy to manage the sizes.

You can create individual forms by using Contact Form 7 plugin and its shortcode to a page and make the page password protected. But with this way there will be only one password for each page same for all clients.

Unfortunately, that’s not possible with the default theme options. You can find a plugin maybe!
