I don’t seem to getting any helpful responses. im still stuck trying to install my purchased item and im having no luck at all. HI, I’ve used the sample data to test the template but I don’t know how to change the videos of the template. When I mean videos I mean the one of the homepage. I’ve tried visual composer, then when I click on it, a box appear but what is the setting which I need to change to put my videos? Thank you in advance. Jason

To change TrueMag logo to your website logo (image) please go to Appearance > Theme Options > General. Scroll down and you will find Logo section and Retina Logo section. There you can replace the Truemag logo with your own.

TrueMAG lets your visitors submit their videos by url (yoututbe, vimeo… url), but we haven’t tested any frontend upload video file yet. You could try some popular plugins
(ex: https://wordpress.org/plugins/frontend-uploader/ )

Hi, this theme is a nice one but I want to know how to remove the completely the PAGE TITLE TEXT which appear just under the menu. If I delete the text a black space still remain, and all the objects that I will add will start after it. I want that all my elements start straight away after the menu without any blank space in between. Thank you very much. Jason

1. In the homepage: Yes you can remove the section under the menu. It is just some easy configuration in ThemeOptions (hide headline, disable search, clear social account section). Here is a screenshort for you http://imgur.com/UK3AgyA
2. In other page: there is the breadcrumb under menu section (http://imgur.com/kPJzKsF). To remove that, you will need some custom CSS and we can help you with that.

1. “Users submit video” only submit video URL (for suggestion purpose). It does not upload video. So, it does not prevent from duplicated video.
2. It’s possible to have user profile. You can either enable user registration in WordPress by default, or use BuddyPress plugin.

Regarding your question, you can turn into Classic Editor mode and use shortcodes to build the page. In Classic Editor mode, you can also see some shortcode buttons on the toolbox of the editor.

Hi, while I was testing the template on wordpress with the sample data, it seems that the site reproduce a copy of the menu(without css) at the end of the footer. I’ve tried a lot of things, please help me. Thanks in advance

Thanks. I figured that out and as you can tell I have already purchased it. It is Robust and full of features. I am liking it. You did a very good job. But I think it is bit hard to configure for someone who is now a web developer. So I have to ask lot of questions to you until I have it all set up.

1. You should check your folder permission (http://www.clinicaltube.com/wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_captcha/70863045.png), Captcha’s image can’t be loaded now
2. When editing a category, you would see an option to choose category’s listing style, you could try it
