There is no need to update if you have v4.2.2 (included with the newest version of theme). We’ll release theme update with v4.3.2 soon.

The first is about woocommerce. From reading comments, I got an impression that you are working on integration of woocommerce. What’s its status? If it is not integrated, do you have successful stories of people using Medicenter with woocommerce?
Second, I’m going to develop a website in Chinese. I think there should be no problem with Medicenter. Just like to confirm that with you.

It’s not integrated at this moment. Woocommerce will work with MediCenter but you’ll need to style it, so it will match theme styles.
Yes, there shouldn’t be any issues with Chinese as theme is using UTF-8.

I purchased the theme MediCenter. Why not upgrade the plugin “WPBakery Visual Composer” free to 4.2.3?
Version of included Visual Composer is 4.2.2. Next update of Visual Composer will be 4.3. After it will be released I’ll update also theme included version to 4.3.

Default theme slider doesn’t support video. But theme supports for example Revolution or Layer sliders (not included). So you can use one of that plugins to put video there.
