I’m trying to make text boxes exactly like shown in your Full Width Content video—with a header in each box that is slightly larger font size. I don’t know how to get that larger size though. I tried using
but the text does not show at all. I also do not see a font size selection in the visual editor.
Also, I want to get rid of the search box. I found the CSS code you suggest adding, but where do I add it?

I’m having a problem displaying the company logo on its default size when using the shortcode that allows you to share the webpage in facebook,
I don’t know if this has something to do with Salient, but clearly the logo doesn’t look very good.

I’m seeing that no open graph image is currently supplied – can you please define one of your choosing by using the Yoast SEO plugin?
Ok I added the Yoast Seo Plugin i went to the config panel -> Social -> Added a custom image for open graph for Facebook:
Rebuild the cache of the page after saving, I can see on the <head> this new tag -> <meta property=”og:image” content=”URL-TO-IMG” />.
But it’s still not working 
Facebook is still unable to pick up the existance of an og:image on the page: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object?q=quecall.cl%2Fbm – please open a ticket in regards with your admin credentials so I can take a look at what’s going on themenectar.ticksy.com/

So I’m heavily considering buying you all’s theme. I’m stuck between yours and another one. The deciding factor is this. I wanna have this portfolio page as my home layout: http://themenectar.com/demo/salient-frostwave/portfolio-4-columns/ but I would like to know:
1. for videos, is it possible to click the image and it open up the video expanded on the same page instead of opening up a separate web page or tab?
2. for images, is it possible to click the image and it open up expanded on the same page as well?
also, 3. is it possible to get rid of the dates when you mouse over each image? for example, “Spacebound” says “March 30, 2014”when you mouse over it. is it possible to eliminate that?

Hey again! Yes – if you choose the lightbox style it will turn all projects into lightbox links for videos or images – but there will be no link to the single project page in any style but the default one

1. Unfortunately you’d need a different rule for a light background and then add classes onto each slide to choose which one to use. However I’ve noted to add this in as an option on the wishlist

Hi ThemeNectar, I’ve updated my theme to 4.5.21 and now my google map is a blank white area. Anyway I can fix this? Before the update I was able to at least see the map.
Try to clear your cache from the auto optimize plugin & also unfortunately there was one more update that is now also required for the map markers 4.5.22 – the 4.521 update only remedied it temporarily

Hi. I’ve just seen “Ascend”, your brand-new template. I like it very much, in particular I like the new graphic of the masonry blog. I bought your theme last july and I’m working on the Creative version of the Salient theme. 1) Could I download the new graphic? 2) If no, could you please tell me what parts of the code I have to modify to have a look-and-feel like that of Acend? 3) Could you please tell me what is the code that manages the background color of the theme? I mean that light grey that maybe corresponds to #f8f8f8 color? I can’t modify it but I don’t know why. Thank you

Hey Silvia,
1. You can update by downloading a fresh copy from ThemeForest, deleting the current version you have on your server and uploading the new. I recommend using FTP, but you can use the WP dashboard if you prefer. You won’t lose any of your content or theme settings so don’t worry about that if you were – after you’ved updated you just need to choose the ascend skin in your general settings tab and configure the blog how you want via the blog options tab
3. Add this into the custom css box:

Hi ThemeNectar,
I’ve recently had a problem with some content in the sidebar not displaying immediately; however, it does display when I refresh the page.
It might be a compatibility issue since the content is generated from a third-party testimonial plugin, therefore I’m not sure if this is something that you can help me with.
If you have any ideas as to how to fix this I’d certainly appreciate it.

Hi ThemeNectar.
So far we haven’t been able to identify the issue. I was going through some other recent comments and read that you told someone who was having a similar display issue requiring refresh that it could be a conflict with AJAX Page Transitions. I therefore disabled the AJAX Page Transitions in the settings and the page seems to be displaying correctly now without having to refresh.
I really like the AJAX Page Transitions feature and would like to reinstate it but I can’t unless I figure out a solution to prevent the display/refresh issue.
Do you or your team have any further ideas?

The next update will include new options for AJAX transitions – one being the ability to switch the method from actual AJAX to Simulated AJAX, which will look almost identical from your point of view but will end up loading each page the same as it does without AJAX so all plugins will still function normally and any weird issues like this will be resolved. Please stay turned – the next update is due out in a bite over a week

Hello. I wonder somethings. When I send message in blog post, “Leave a Reply” part, does it goes to moderation as its’ topic name? I mean for example in “Amazing standard post” topic, visitor sent a message. And what will be the topic name in my mailbox? Second question: Can I put a counter for each blog topics (if not, maybe you put in next version)? Third question: Is that work regular with WPML plugin? Different blog post message names will be enough for me to buy your nice template. Thanks

2. Right now this would require some custom development or the use of plugin

Hi, I have been trying to set up a google maps on the contact page of our site.
On two occasions I have set it up originally and the map / favicon has loaded up and all has been well.
But, I had to redesign the page recently and now, filling in all the details properly in the theme settings and/or in the page builder I cannot get our company favicon to appear on the map.
The map loads fine, with the correct coordinates and location displaying, just no favicon.
Any ideas?

Me again… I discovered that when I use the “share on Facebook” button to share my portfolio-item or blog-post I don’t get a preview/snippet. It used to copy all of my text and a link to the video, but now it just shows the link to my website (www.proxplain.com) and that’s it.
Even stranger, some items don’t have this problem… (like this one: http://proxplain.com/random/bible-barbecue/).
Any thoughts on how to fix this?
Hey ProXplain! Make sure you have a featured image added for the items which aren’t showing the preview image. If that isn’t working try to set the open graph tags through the Yoast SEO plugin for those pages

Hi. When adding an Image Gallery through visual composer to a page – you can’t turn autoplay off. We’re using “Nectar Slider Style”. Is there already a build in class name we can add to stop autoplay? If not; is it possible to adjust nectar-slider.js to achieve this? Thanks!

Question – the extended license. Does this allow ‘unlimited’ installs of the Salient theme to different sites. It doesn’t look like it but I presumed that would be part of that pricing model??
We envisage using this theme a lot, as I’ve purchased 7 times already and wanted to know if there was a more cost effective way of doing so.
