Do you have a demo content import for the One Page Parallax sample? Or does your demo content just import the main version?
The demo content importer in theme options will import it all. If you only need one page, you can select it from the “Pre-Built” templates tab in our new Fusion Builder (Avada 3.6 only).

Hi, I updated to the latest version (3.6) today and everything went fine, but now there are two sidebars on my single product page for woocommerce. The default sidebar is in the correct position, however there is another duplicate sidebar right below and slightly offset with the same content. How do I control the sidebars on only the single product page? It’s normal on all other pages.

This could just be cache. Try to clear your browser cache, also any plugin or server cache too.
The sidebars are controlled in the Fusion Options (page options) of each product. Open that up and deselect each sidebar, choose “no sidebar” then save it. Then select the one sidebar you want and resave.
If the issue persists, please post this up on our support forum and then give me the URL here so we can check it out faster. This is the first reported case so we want to be sure its not a bug.

Thanks for the quick reply. I did as you suggested (deselect sidebar, save, reselect, save) and it worked! However I had to do it for each product individually which would kind of be a hassle for someone with a lot of products. I don’t know if this is an isolated incident, but might be worth looking into.

Hmmm that is very strange indeed! We’ve tried to replicate this on our end and have not been able to. We will keep investigating though and make changes if we find anything.

I purchase Avada Theme and i update woocommerce as i have a message about obsolete woocommerce templates but i have problem with them with avada 3.6. When i open product page i receive 404 error.

I clear browser cache but there are no effects.
If updated to latest woo and latest Avada 3.6, the woo templates are definitely correct. If you are seeing that message it is either browser cache, or you have old files on your server. In the second case, delete the theme folder and upload a fresh copy.
For fusion options, clear cache again. Or check it in another browser that you do not use regularly to see, that will show that it is cache.

I made a restor from my db, theme… I upadted Avada and finally i updated woocommerce but i always have many problems with checkout and cart page.
I created suuport into forum.
Thanks, our support team will check it out. We’re not having any checkout issues so we will need to check out your setup and see. My guess is you have old woo files on your server. A full theme folder deletion may be necessary. Your content will not be lost since it is stored in your database.

Promised for oh well who can remember. Finally delivered and well worth the wait! Not really a fan of reinventing the wheel, you could have just impletmented that well known page builder plugin, but hey kudos to you for doing it fusion stylee 
Talking of that other well known plugin an interactive frontend editor view would be nice, but hey no rush I got my hands full doing Avada upgrades.

Thanks for the comments! The other page builder you are referring to would not be able to convert old layouts to builder blocks, that was one of the key reasons why we did not go that route. As well as not being able to fully control it since its a paid plugin. Building our own, is most definitely the better route for our product.

Hello, is it possible to convert the e-commerce template as a catalog without the shopping cart, hiding some features as prices, “add to cart” icons, etc…? Does this theme has the italian translation too? Thanks in advance, best regards

Yes on the italian translation, we have about 27 languages now submitted by our users. Not all of them are complete because we just added all the strings for theme options, but the majority of the front end is done.
You can use Woo in that way to an extent, if you do not add a price then one will not show and neither will the add to cart button.

Hi Guys, after update to 3.6 I am getting blank pages in wp-admin configurations like (update plugins, customise, theme options, sliders etc… but its not whole wp-admin) any idea how to fix this?
Please clear your browser cache.
I did. No effect on that issue and there are still blank pages.
This has to be cache of some kind, or the other option is a bad installation.
Try to do a reinstall. Also, check it in other browsers, one you do not use to see if the same issue happens.

reinstalled from scratch and now having problem with FusionBuilder. its only loading and nothing else happened.. (WP4 and tested on chrome and IE)
Most likely this is a low memory issue, I woudl ahve your host increase it.

Shortcode button is not working. Button shows in the toolbar but when clicked it just keeps loading. Progress bar shows screen gets darker and that’s it. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it again to no avail. I also deactivated Woocommerce and TinyMC, nothing.
Let me know what to do, project is in process and I need to finish it ASAP. Thanks for your help.

What version of Avada are you using? Whenever this happened in the past, it was due to a 3rd party plugin or hosting company blocking a parameter. Also, try to update to the latest build, v3.6.

You can edit all pages and posts with that one bulk editor plugin, or open up the page or post and simply select the sidebar options you need. “No Sidebar” for no sidebar, or select a sidebar to show.

Hey guys…trying to fins an answer in the support site, but cannot seem to figure this out.
I need to link a flip box…specifically link CLICH HERE text on the back of a flip box to a URL. Can you let me know how we can do this?
Having a link from a feature box like this seems like a very common thing, so I’m surprised to not find an obvious answer of option the shortcode.

You can add links or buttons to the back of a flip box. Just as you would for any other content. Insert the link or button in the flip box content area for backside.

Hello! I have a problem with the template. I bought a year ago and now there is a security problem with slider revolution. I have followed all the steps in envato but the plugin does not work properly. This template is now a very important client. And is working in public. This plugin is inside the template. The rev slider issue was fixed in Avada 3.4, about 7 months ago. You need to update your theme, which will then have you update the plugin.

You can use VC, but our shortcodes will not integrate. We have our own visual page builder called Fusion Builder

Our page builder will for certain, as stated earlier, VC will not integrate our own shortcodes so you have to use the text block and insert them that way. We do not include VC so do not complete tests for full compatibility.

Sure you can do that, I would recommend adding a adsense plugin and setting it up that way. But you can insert any add images to any page or post or sidebar that you need.
