I have tested the site’s responsiveness on responsinator.com and no problems there. However on closer look it seems this responsinator is powered by the internet browser your using. Using a tried and tested method at http://www.browserstack.com/responsive shows the problem in a number of devices.

The theme included CSS3 elements which are not fully supported by Chrome for Mobile (IOS/ANDROID Versions) or Android Browser/Safari Mobile. Had to rewrite the css within the WooCommerce folder.

All the plugins have disappeared after I copy paste the shortcode of the map on the page. I tried to install again all the plugins that are located in Appearance >Install Plugins but it says the plugin already exists. So I removed the plugins in wp-content > plugins. Then, install all the plugins again but when I go to Plugins page, all the plugins are still not there and the shortcodes are still showing on the homepage and all the pages.

hello, We have a problem with WooCommerce . A few days ago all product dissapear from admin panel- https://www.dropbox.com/s/eztrhouqpedys9s/Clipboard022.jpg?dl=0 . We see product on page – https://www.dropbox.com/s/vsa0j18k1nbj0bp/Clipboard02.jpg?dl=0 – , and we can edit it from product page, but we don’t see in admin panel. How we can fix this issue? The problem began after WooCommerce upgrade. After it, the woocommerce doesn’t send any emails after purchase.
Upgrade SoulMedic make an error with mobile menu. It’s still sticky (turn off in SoulMedic panel), and the users can’t chose lower position from menu. This problem appear earlier in your theme and you resolve it with server access (earlier comment).

Please try updating the font awesome files Please follow the steps listed below.,
1) Go to Theme-directory -> css replace following files – font-awesome.css and font-awesome.min.css
2) Go to Theme-directory -> fonts replace following file – FontAwesome.otf,fontawesome-webfont.eot,fontawesome-webfont.svg,fontawesome-webfont.ttf and fontawesome-webfont.woff

Hi!., You mean the new skin created by you and updating the theme, the new skin will be overwritten ?. If yes, then you can overwrite the latest version of the theme files. Because in the new update your new skin will not overwritten. Other than that if you have made any changes in the code, please take a backup of those files and update the theme and then replace the changes you done in the new files.

Just as an FYI to other users, I just ran the update and it worked flawlessly.
I simply:
= downloaded the newly updated theme files to my desktop
= backed up my custom edited theme files from my ftp server to my desk top
= replaced old files on ftp with newly updated files
= updated wordpress in dashboard
= after successful update i noticed my website didn’t have my custom fixes to it so…
= i grabbed the files such as responsive.css, style.css, header.php from my back up and overwrote the newer version of the files.
= had no need to remove the plugin files or anything else.
= bingo bango site updated and working with my custom edits

Kindly, Follow the Steps to update the theme after taking a backup of your custom code changes.
1) Download the theme from themeforest page.
2) If you have made any custom changes in the code, please take a backup of it.
3) Overwrite the updated theme files to the older theme files. Update the custom change that you had already made.
4) go to wp-content/plugins/ through ftp
5) Remove the folder designthemes-core-features/ from wp-content/plugins/
6) Then Login to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Install Plugins. Install the Designthemes Core Features plugin. Thats it. Now you are updated to the latest version.
