Features are amazing but can i use this single license for those sites that I own? I have atleast 4 blogs. If yes then why are people purchasing third license, fourth license? (found few saying it on Item details page)

Hello. I’m running the latest versions of Wordpress (4.0), Avada (3.4.3) and WooCommerce (2.2.2). Whenever I try to reset password it comes up with “Invalid Key”. All other plugins are disabled. Please help. Thank you.

I just purchased this theme and I’m having issues adding new pages to the theme – I keep getting these errors when I try and create a new page:

I tried re-installing the theme and now it just times out and doesn’t upload. I’ve contacted GoDaddy and there is nothing wrong with the hosting account. I guess I’ll open up a support ticket. This is pretty disappointing since I just purchased this theme like two days ago.

We also have a GoDaddy account, and several others we use for testing. They upload without issue.
Something is going on during upload for sure. Do you have FTP access to upload that way?

1) Are you able to post a list of all the plugins that come with Avada that I can disable or deactivate? Or if you can email me the link to the documentation where I can locate these plugins myself, I would appreciate that.
2) Is the portfolio feature in Avada a plugin? Is there a way for me to deactivate the portfolio feature and install a different 3rd party plugin for the portfolio?

1. We only include our plugin fusion core, revolution slider, layer slider. Any other plugin like WooComerce or bbPress are free to download if any user wishes to use them.
2. It is in a plugin fusion core, however you cannot deactivate it. But you do not have to use it (no need to deactivate), and can use a different plugin if you wish.

After the latest update Categories stopped working, now it shows blank when i click any category, despite the fact that i have many posts inside. I switch to Twentyfourteen and they start working.
So it’s definitely Avada is problem it seems to have its own categories for Portfolio and FAQ which interfere with WP 4.0
I have multiple categories in my left side during menu addition.

i thought if i split the one fourth column in half that would work but I need 7 columns that are evenly split if its at all possible, thanks

When used in Phones, the magnifying glass image, in my view, should be disabled as it is a trip of no return, just clicking back. It is possible to program it? I’ve checked this in other themes

That icon will open up the image in a lightbox, or open the image in a new window depending on the settings you set. So it does work correclty.
However, you can easily disable it with our options if you do not want it to show. It is a global option though for everywhere. But with custom code, you can remove it only for mobile if you wish.

Also, it is always good to backup your revolution and layer sliders if you have them. Each one offers an export method.

Hi again, Thanks for your help. I installed the update of the theme and I have now the 3.6 version. Revolution Slider is also updated. But I have a major issue with the fusion core …! Hello, can you please tell me if with Avada 2.0.9 there are vulnerabities caused by the Showbiz Pro plugin? I just received an email from Envato and they talk about vulnerabilities in Slider Revolution and Showbiz Pro, i manually solved the vulnerability caused by Slider Revolution but i can’t find the Showbiz Pro plugin in the Avada 2.0.9 package, is Showbiz Pro included in Avada 2.0.9? We do not include Showbiz but we do include Revolution Slider. Yes 2.0.9 has the older version so you should update. Because its an older version, you need to update the theme to update the plugin. Also, see the links below, you need to do the traditional method since the auto updater was not added until v3.5

This i now possible with the regular portfolio page templates (classic or text). The portfolio grid page template is going to be removed in the future, because with our new setup, it is possible without the template.
We have a new fixed or auto option for portfolio featured image size, read about it here: http://theme-fusion.com/support/documentation/avada-documentation/#page-item-265031
Fixed will give you cropped images, auto will give you the full image ratio which produces a grid. So you can get a 2-6 column grid layout with the classic or text portfolio page templates.

Hi! I am planning to buy your theme this week as it has all the options I need. I would just like to double- check if you have a positive feedback on Avada’s compatibily with Learndash plugin? I bought the plugin two weeks ago and I am trying it out now. My e-learning site runs on a BuddyPress theme now, but if BP is not fully compatible with Avada, I am ready to give up BP. From what we know, it works. We’ve seen many customers use LearnDash and we also keep in touch with the creator of LearnDash if any issue arise. We do not support it on our forum, you can get support from Learndash themselves, but if a conflict arises, we will check it out and make adjustments if possible.

Yeah yours is much, much lower. First off, check out this post and also make sure to use a cahcing plugin, http://theme-fusion.com/knowledgebase/is-your-site-running-slow/
But with that low of a score, it will improve with a cache plugin, however your server responsive time has to be very low. Which means the company who hosts your website is suing a very slow server, possibly shared server. See this: http://d.pr/i/niZH
