I know it is your business.But can you tell themeforest that download location in AmazonAWS is not working in China.I tried to update to 3.61.But i can not download the installation files and can not upgrade from website directly, though i set auto upgrade . I tried to report to themeforest.But the recaptha is not working for me…so i can not prove myself a human.

Hello, I upgrade woocommerce and got warning Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files – if you encounter functionality issues on the frontend this could the reason. Ensure you update or remove them (in general we recommend only bundling the template files you actually need to customize). See the system report for full details. Thanks

Update to Avada 3.6.1 and that will not be an issue. You may need to delete the older theme folder and upload the new one to fully get rid of the message.

After i have updated the theme. My product page (edit, delete etc) looks wrong. The table does not match and everything is pushed to the right side so the words are in “one” letter lines and fill up as menu rows as there are letters in the word. How can i send a screenshot so you can se it? :/

We are compatible with WP 4, however I cannot speak for qTranslate since that is not our plugin. I would contact the plugin author to be sure, as long as its compatible with WP 4 then it should be fine with Avada.

The issue was actually fixed 7 months ago, so if you are using Avada v3.4 or higher, you are fine. Our recent update has nothing to do with the issue since it was fixed back in February.
For auto updater, have you entered your credentials? http://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/install-update/how-to-update-theme/
And it can take up to 24 hours for an update to show, WP only checks every 12 or so.

The plugin will notify you to install it when you update the theme. If you need to install the plugin by itself, its located in “avada > framework > plugins”. but it is recommended you install the theme first, then the plugin.
If you are using Avada v3.3.1 or earlier, then you need to update the theme first, the plugins use to be integrated back then, and are now standalone plugins.
If you are on Avada 3.4 or higher, you are already good because the issue was fixed 7 months ago.

Hi. It’s a very good theme. I love it. But I want to do more. I want to add an Adsense banner right after every post. I think I need to edit “single.php”, but I don’t know how. How can I do ?

Have you looked into adsense plugins? one of them might do what you need. If you do need to edit single.php (that is the correct file) you will need to hire a developer if you are unsure. I would recommend checking out microlancer.com for a developer if you need to go that route.

Looked through comments and haven’t found the answer to my question. I would like a completely different menu for mobile – with different menu options. There are pages I don’t want to show on mobile. Possible with this new version?

That is not possible yet, we are going to add a mobile menu location though so you can easily assign a different menu on mobile. I cannot say exactly when that will be done though. I’ll try to get it in as soon as we can.

Hi, love this theme so much!
Quick question: I know we can change the testimonials speed (under theme options > Shortcode styling), but I have it set at 6000 (so 6 secs), and yes they stay on for 6 seconds but they also disappear for 6 seconds – THEN the next one appears. Is there a way to make it so that the change is done quickly?
E.g One appears, stays 6 seconds, disappears and instantly the next one comes up, stays 6 seconds etc….

Thanks for the comments! Hmm I tried to recreate this and cannot. I entered “6000” and it stays for 6 seconds then quickly transitions to the next slide. Can you try to disable 3rd party plugins to see if one is causing this?

Hi, I was wondering what would be the best way to make a full screen background slider? So you can place regular items on the page and have a slider moving in the background.

You would need to use revolution slider for that. The fusion slider also has full screen feature but only text and buttons can go on top. A revolution slider allows for any amount of layered content. However, you cannot put your regular page content on top of that, it can only be slider content.

I’m developing a site for a client using your theme. I dont have his login to TF account.
After the last update, we get Fatal Error on blog category and archive pages. Everything else seems to be working right.
I’ve tried to create a new category and reset permalinks, nothing helped.
The error is Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_shop() in …on line 875.

I also need to know where is your listing option? i need to list inside tabs or numbering at least…
Are you setting the second column to last=”yes”? The builder will do it automatically after a save, or you can edit the column box and set it to “last=yes”.
For the listing option … do you mean a checklist? That is with all other shortcodes or builder elements.
