Hi. I read in your online documentation that you have tested Avada on Windows server. Is there anything wellknown needed to be adapted for Avada to work on Windows? The site I want to have it on is already on Wordpress on a Windows server and for that to work we had to add a few lines in the web.config file to make the 404 page work. Otherwise we were fine. How about Avada?

Yes you should be fine. There use to be an older issue with the included flexsldier plugin on win servers, but it was minor and we removed that long ago.

Yes is live. The only files they keep for download are the latest ones. When you download it, it will still have the same name “Avada.zip”. Extract it and install, it will be 361

Responsive is not working well on low resolutions. There is a possibility to scroll left and right on small resolutions, such as smartphone ( middle mouse click, and u can left / right ).
If you can kindly fix this bug in 2 days I will buy the template.

We do not see these issues and have no reports of them from our users. We test on about a dozen different devices also.

I use google chrome. I minimize the window, as small as possible, so I demonstrate a smart-phone resolution, then I click the middle mouse button, and you can move left / right.
Can you fix that issue ?
That is not actually an issue to fix. There is no such device that small, so that is not a factor.
But even with that, I cannot reproduce this in Chrome. I can take it down as small as it goes and there is no scroll bars.

Guys. All items have been configured from the advanced Admin panel in Live Preview? It has no configuration done in html? If any item is edited directly in Dreamweaver, Advanced Admin Panel will accept?

I can’t speak for another themes column shortcode, ours works just like others though.
columns go in sets to make one full row.
BAD = 1/2 + 1/3 (this does not equal one full row)
GOOD = 1/2 + 1/2 (this does equal one full row)

Where are you seeing this at? What device? If you are only resizing browser down ,it may take a refresh. However on a real device that will not happen.

Please help us, For some reason your theme is not allowing us to create certain pages like subpages. This has never happened before,, but today it is impossible to put pages as subpages every time I try they just stay as normal pages.

Yes we had to move it out due to the overall size. Since we added theme option and fusion core strings, the files were too large with all that we include. It is now located in the main files download, check out this post: http://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/getting-started/whats-included-in-package/

Oups, does that mean that after each update, I have to redownload 237 MB on themeforest, extract languages files and upload them manually ?
No not necessarily, only if the language files are updated. Also, we may end up serving them ourselves from our support site, so you can download them by themselves. In the last updates, the folder ended up being too large so we needed to move it out of the theme folder since so many servers have limits on the size of zip file that can be uploaded.

I am looking for a theme that loads quickly, as you state that Avada does. I have a question about the load time vs Page Speed Grade.
I compared the three top themes and I know the servers are different and pages are different, but the Avada score is great, but the load time is 7.36. The X theme grade is B but the load time is 3.88 and Enfold is B and slightly higher than X. Screenshot: http://prntscr.com/4nz4ed
I am no expert at understanding all this, can you shed some light on the load time factor?

We do feel we are the fastest as the results show. A lot of the page load size is really dependent on the content on the page, and our home page has a lot of it. We also use every slider and feature, and those slider scripts will load on every page. That takes the page size up, the other two themes you mentioned only use one slider (rev or layer, we have both). But for the average user, they only use one so the other can be disabled. There are other things like that to you can disable in theme options for smaller page load. But overall with a cache plugin like W3TC (which all those themes use or a different cache plugin) you will see great results with Avada.

What we want is the info boxes on the right side of the form. a) Theres only a contact template, only 1 template and it doesnt have the info boxes on right side of form b) In fusion builder – under prebuilt templates, there are no contact page options
