Love the theme and was quick to setup and get everything the way i wanted it!
I just have two questions, I am using Contact 7 form because I needed extra fields, but my dropdowns are showing a massive empty grey space below my four options as if it is taking on a min-height of a container. http://wedemo3.co.za/sieglindes/contact/ How can I fix this?
Is there any way to include a full width GoogleMaps on the page itself since I’m not using your contact page?

Regarding your first question, I checked the link you sent, and the dropdown displays normally for me: http://screencast.com/t/uLdKRQQ6 . Could you please submit a ticket to http://qode.ticksy.com/ with the link to your contact page, as well as what operating system and browser you are using, so our support team can try to reproduce the issue and help you solve it.
Regarding your second question, you can only make the Google Map full width if you set your page template to full width, but then all your content will also be full width.

1. We could help you how to hide portfolio category with custom css.
2. If you are meaning on the title area height, you can do it in Qode Optiosn > Header and Footer > Title > Title height, on global level for all pages, or you could do it on each page separately in Qode Custom Fields (under the content field).

Yes, i would be glad if you could help me with custom css. What do i have to do? And i have one further qustion. Since i updated the theme, there apears a footer in the Homepage, which was not there before. The footer is swiched of in the Qode options (No/No)

My work bought this theme and i got a question.
I’d like change the portfolio item pages of this theme. I’m using style 1, because it’s nice to have a little info at the side of the images. But i like to add something to the bottom of the portfolio item page (the page you get after you click on an item on the portfolio page). It’s different for each page.
How am I gonna do that?

Thank you for using our theme.
For this you will have to add one new content custom field which you will render on portfolio items in admin, after that, you will have to render this field in portfolio single template (in style 1 part). This is not an easy task but this is the only way to do it, since the content is rendered in side bar, and not at the bottom.

1. You can use this custom css and put it in custom css field:

2. You should go in ‘include/google-fonts.php’ and add it to list, so it could appear in the list in admin.

Hi guys. i am looking for a theme i can buy 4 licenses as i have 4 different sites that are all photography based and this would be perfect. My only question is quite a simple one really. Is there no straight forward gallery option to view images, i notice you have portfolio options but i don’t want to lay the work out like that, I need a typical grid layout of thumbs that when you click one it brings that images up larger in front, you can then carry on scrolling or ‘X’ to go back to grid. Is that posable with this theme ?

I haven’t moved anything from the template the last few days and when I went to the site today, if I try changing to any page, it all goes white screen and has a “cross-origin request blocked” problem.
What’s causing it? Have you had that issue before? Where can I find the ajax that call page changes and maybe fix it?

Did you enable WordPress auto-update? IF yes, please check your server error log files in order to locate where the error is coming from. It might be some outdated plugin you are using. Please keep us posted.

I have a problem with the Central Theme. I updated Worpress to 4.0. After the last theme update the whole site shows a white screen (frontend and backend) I have tried to re-upload the last theme version but I still have the same problem. URGENT! Are you using some plugin which doesn’t work with WordPress 4.0. Try to go to plugins folder and delete outdated plugin via ftp? You can check which plugin is making problem by checking you server error log file.

Is it possible to use preview + full size photo in gallery? Just bought template and try to modify for my purposes. Our gallery consists of large photos (1280 height) so too much heavy to load in “single project gallery” as is, better use preview_jpg + link to full size. Please suggest solution. Thank you!

Unfortunately it is not possible via options. You could try to register new size of thumbs in functions.php file, and use that new created thumbnails for preview (small images) in single portfolio gallery, but leave the original links on A tags for popup (as they are now). So you need to create a new size for thumbs, render those thumbs on gallery preview. After registering new thumbs you will need to regenerate thumbnails again in order to get those images with new cropped size. It is was up to some minor layout bugs. We have already fixed that and we will post the update later today.

The theme is NOT really 100% responsive, the homepages use columns and when you see them in a smatphone or tablet, the text for all columns is mixed, visitors have to figure out what text belong to each column.
A true responsive theme not only should adapt to the screen, it also have to keep the order of the elements, so the visitor see the content in the right order.
You should really consider fixing this!

I have the same problem! with WP 4.0 after your last update the whole site shows a white screen (frontend and backend) re-upload the last theme version don’t solve the problem! urgent!!!!!
On I.E. I have an error messagge (Intrenal Error: the site contains a programming error)
now the site is again visibile but just beacause of the re-uploading of files and database backups. I’ll wait for your news before to try again to update the theme. thanks a lot and best regards

Hi, I´m strugling with someting strange. Let me explain. I took over the development of a site from another developer. The site is running on wp3.8 and central theme1.5.3 ( I think the central theme is a nulled version gbecause my client diddn’t get original files). To do things right and to update everything correctly I just bought a licence for Central theme. The problem now is when I update the theme to 1.6, the whole site shows a white screen (frontend and backend). wp3.8 is still running. Any sugestion?

Also, while reading your first post, just a quick question, did you get the php error log from your server, because of that white screen? The central theme is really the worst experience I ever had with premium themes. I only can run an old version on wp3.8. The latest theme version doesn’t run on 3.8 or higher, although you say it’s compatible. Further more you say it’s wpml ready. But it isn’t. A lot of problems with wpml. Though when I change theme to other theme (premium or free) everything runs 100%). So, I’m realy thinking of asking a refund.

I want this also on the mobile version. But you can only set the mobile background color. I Want a white header.

For the text color, you can use this custom css:

and for the menu icon, since it is a image, you will have to override the image with your own in ‘img’ folder of theme. Image is called ‘navigation.png’

Since you have set the header background to be white, and mobile menu button and color are also white, that’s why you can’t see the button for mobile menu. You have option in ‘Qode Options > Header and Footer > Background color for mobile menu’ and you can change background color for it.
