For some odd reason the Salient based websites I designed that are viewable on the latest iPhone OS are completely messed up. Can you please troubleshoot this issue. It’s a big big problem and really needs to be fixed asap. My clients will not be happy once they see this. Help.

Basically Salient is broken with the new Apple OS for mobile devices.

The only issue that was flagged on iOS8 so far was the blurry text in the Nectar Slider, I’ll look into the other possible issues you mentioned asap as well

The menu feature on mobile doesn’t work. So many things don’t work. I posted a ticket about this as well. Salient rocks! Apple doesn’t consider WordPress themes. Please fix as soon as you can.

I’m having a problem where whenever a computer first pulls up the site it seems to get stuck and you have to refresh the screen or it won’t load. This is happening in several browsers and on multiple computers. Can you help me figure out what the problem is? I’ve optimized my images to try and keep load time down and that still didn’t work. I just checked that URL on Firefox/Chrome but couldn’t replicate the issue – does it only occur for you on your setup or is the demo also doing that as well?

It seems to be the home -alternative demo page that I have replaced with my one pictures that does it.
I just tryed it with a cleared history on safari and it did it again.

Thank you! but a couple of problems arise when I paste the code- One is it seems it is not compatible with the current version of the visual editor. Second is I am getting a huge gap between the paralax bg and the top header. I cannot seem to see where it is coming from.

As of now you can only have one set of share buttons on a single page so if you’re using them in the header they can’t also be placed as an element in the bottom of the post.

But last week it works for both!! promise, and I love your Theme and work, but this is a must have since people doesen’t return to the top of the page for share. (excuse my English grammar)
Maybe the solution could be, that you give your icon designs to other devolupers like “share buttons by addtoany” or “flares for wordpress” i don’t know, but this must be solved, regards…

The icons and sharing buttons will work when used multiple times on a page but the share count never should have and nothing has changed with them in a long time – it’s been on the to-do list to up the functionality for that though

We have purchased 16 copies of a top selling theme here on envato that shall remain nameless. It’s been a great theme for us, but we have been running into compatibility issues with other VC addons due to it’s modified version of Visual Composer so we are seeking a new go-to theme for our upcoming projects.
So here are our presage questions:
1) Is the version of Visual Composer included in your theme a modified version that could cause compatibility issues with other Visual composer plugins?
2) Can images be assigned to the top bar, header, footer and bottom bar via the theme’s settings and not through custom CSS?
3) Do the text, H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6 all have individual settings for a google font family, size, line height and weight through the theme’s settings and not through custom CSS?

I would like to change the color of the ACTIVE link in the header. I don’t want the link color to be different when I’m on that page, like it’s doing now. I didn’t see any option for it in the custom header colors. Could you provide me the CSS snippet for my custom CSS box?

Hey – I’m actually seeing your secondary header getting hidden on mobile. As for the big blank space that only occurs on mobile – ensure that on the page doing that you can nothing entered in for the page header – no words or empty spaces and no colors selected
In safari, your demo site does not load any video. Its blank backgrounds where there should be background videos.
