Hi again,
I actually have just one more quick question before making a decision on my theme purchase. I am still very much leaning in your direction, but there is one really neat feature on this other theme I am looking at, regarding their Menu on mobile platforms.
If you don’t mind, could you take a look at http://rosie.freevision.me/ and shrink the page size to mobile-size and click on their menu? Do you see how the menu kind of slides the entire page to the side and opens up the menu by sliding the right side of the page out? Do you know if that could be easily accomplished by modifying any of your theme files? I am stuck because I do not really enjoy the rest of their theme, because it loads the page in a strange order and has some jumpiness on mobile, but I LOVE that menu and would love to see if I could implement it somehow.
I know that if it is possible, it would likely be a custom request, but I am just curious how easy it would be (if at all) to accomplish.

Yes that is a slide out mobile menu, currently we do not offer it. however, it is on our list of things to add sometime in the future. It is not something that is coming in the next 1 or 2updates, but I can say that it will be added at some point. Avada is in constant evolvement.
For now, you could use a plugin, google “Shiftnav” and check that out. This is made by SevenSparks and I’ve heard great thing about it. However, we’ve not tested it with Avada yet so cannot guarantee all is smooth with it.

Hi. I think its a bug. I want to use 3 1/3 columns. I put them one next to the other and inside them I put image frames. The problem is when I visit my home page the images are not in a row but one under the other. I managed to do it once but when I changed the columns to 1/3 I cant do it again. Do you have an idea. Hmmm when you open and edit the column box, the first two should say “last column=no” and the last one should say “last column=yes” http://d.pr/i/Fz37

I think the problem is when I fix these bloks in a 4:3 when I turn to a wide screen the alighnment is totally different. Is there a way so all my page is fixed and looks the same whatever the screen width?(except the slider) Thanks
Hmm that will depend on the image size and if its large enough to fill. Or it will also depend on the image alignment, for example if you choose left there will be extra space. Choose none or centered.

Hmm Ok I will. But I think what I want is to have my main contex page to be fixed. So whatever screen I use (wide or 4:3) I will always have the same result. Can I do that? Thanks
I think the problem is that I want the conteiner to be fixed in hight. Can I do that? So nomater which screen I’m using I will always have the correct aligment on the containers
Hmmm no I dont think that is possible for that setup, its going to change based on screen size.

Hi, I want to be header transparent so that my slider keeps playing behind the header ( I did that) but I also want a 1/4 column to be in front of the slider on the right side of screen. Can I do that?
To explain more clearly, I want my header ( logo and menu) and my 1/4 column stay (which will include some links) in front of the slider. I don’t want them slide, just stay in that fixed position. Slider is ofc will be a full width one.

Hmmm, that may take custom work. the 1/4 column will not be able to overlap the slider area by default. You could put the content on the slider itself, and maybe make the slider taller so it hangs off, but that still may not be ideal. Unfortunately this would require custom work in my opinion.

Hi, I am having a problem with 2 sites from me with this theme:
First I’m having a problem with my (big) logo, it doesnt scale right for mobile: http://hackfoodwaste.polderhack.nl/ and the second problem is that in some resolutions the header text dissapears in the navigation bar, because the navigation bar gets to much height I think. http://www.digitalhealthhackathon.com/Can you help me with this problems? For the logo, please check your logo width and height settings in theme options > logo. It has to be the dimensions of the regular logo file, not the 2X retina. That is probably the issue.

Yes each woo product can have “variations”. So you can create different attributes like size, color, etc and then the users selects the one they want. Its limitless

I am having problems with our site using Avada theme. We are running Wordpress 4.0 and Avada 3.6.1 and the layout is broken. Images are not loading at all.

This is either cache of some kind, ort a bad update. Or have you recently moved your site?
There are missing images which would not be theme related. I would suggest contacting your host before you downgrade. They will know what is going on.

Few Pre-Sales Questions please! First: I LOVE your theme, and am very close to buying it, as it seems to be very heavily supported and looks great on mobile and web. but i have a few questions…
1. I am very familiar with Visual Composer, and am concerned with using your built in editor that I will not be familiar with it and it may cause me pain in designing my site. Do I have the option of buying and installing/using Visual Composer instead, or will this break your theme?
2. Does the theme come with Essential Grid, and if not, can I install it and use it without issue?
3. Can the header menu be set up to follow the user as they scroll down the page, even on mobile?
4. Does the theme come with WooCommerce already, or does it simply support it if I chose to install it myself?
5. How about bbPress support? Yes or no?

1. If you are familiar with VC or any other page builder, you should feel right at home. Typically speaking, most are similar in usage. You can use VC with Avada, however our short codes will not integrate with visual aspect of it, you would need to use them in a text element with our short code generator.
2. It does not come with it, but you could install it if you wish. We’ve not used that ourselves though so cannot say how well it would be or not.
3. Yes the sticky header can be turned on or off for desktop, tablets and mobile. The design is the same for any header you use, it follows our header 1 style.
4. It supports it out of the box and includes styles with it. Since its a free plugin, we do not include the plugin with the theme, you can install it on your end after theme installation.
5. Yes we support bbPress as we do WooCommerce. It includes styles also for it.

Thank you for your quick replies. I find far too often that developers do not have english speaking reps to help support the product and it makes it very hard to get any work done or questions answered due to the language barrier. Not to say that those themes aren’t great as well, but its the ability to communicate and get questions answered that is really setting you apart from the other themes I am choosing. I appreciate your time.
Also, if you haven’t used Essential Grid, you should check it out. It’s amazing, and would make your theme even more fantastic.

Yeah we try to work closely with Themepunch (makers of Essential Grid) and we’ve discussed the possibility of adding it but never came to a conclusion. We need to check it out in more depth and figure out how well it would integrate for our users. You never know what the future will bring!
