In theory it should be fine, however we’ve not used that one so cannot say for certain. If an issue does arise its best to check with the plugin dev first to see if its a known issue, then if there is a theme conflict you can post on our forum and we can see if it can be resolved.

Something is most definitely wrong then with your setup or install. This is not a global issue, and considering the other isse you have with cloning, that is the only thing that makes sense.

Most likely, my guess is a 3rd party plugin conflict, or a bad installation.

When you drag and drop items, does the background change color to light blue? That is what lets you know its active and will work when you drop the item.

Anytime you add a price, its going to show the add to cart button. That is the default Woo setup. Hmmm, it could be done but unfortunately requires custom code edits.

Wow very sorry to hear this! Did they give you any details on this? We would love to see the proof they supplied to help understand what went on, you can email it to us or post on the forum with the details.

While any Wordpress theme or install can be hacked, the only known issue was a Revolution Slider plugin issue, and that affected any theme that used that plugin.

The issue was back in February of 2014 though. When it was fixed, we updated the plugin as usual in the theme so any theme running Avada v3.4 (from end of February to early March) or higher will be fine.

Hmmm not entirely sure what you mean. Although any bkgd image in a full width section will show as full width on mobile. For example, view this page on mobile. http://theme-fusion.com/avada/home-version-16/

Regarding the image flip earlier – every time that I attach an image to the front, it weirdly disappears as soon as I update. Am I doing something wrong? Is there any documentation that shows how to have images on both sides?

Hmmm the image disappears? Meaning when you refresh the page it is removed?

Try to copy our demo code from our docs, the “shortcodes – flip box” from this post. Click that button and the demo code will open. Copy the code and paste it in the regular TEXT editor in WP, not the visual editor. Once you copied it in the TEXT editor, save the page and then you can convert it to a builder layout.

Hmmm you may have posted in the wrong area. This is for Avada. Avada can have boxed or wide, and you can choose it in theme options > site width tab if using v3.6 or higher, if on an older version it is on the background tab in theme options.

That is a custom post type included with that theme which we do not have in Avada. You could add your own custom post types if you wish, but it will require development work for sure.

All of our languages are submitted and maintained by our user base, we use Transifex to do this. https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/avada/

I do see Greek on Transifex, but right now it is only starting to be translated, http://d.pr/i/1fDwO But that can change quickly and anybody can signup to translate the strings there.

Yes you can add two sidebars on one page, one can be on the left and another on the right.

Hey!

You can use a newer version of any plugin with an older version of Avada, however we can only support the version that came with the same version of Avada. Since the plugins are not made by us, we do not have control over any issues that may arise with an older theme version. We test each new version before we release to ensure all is well.

To update the plugins before Avada v3.5, you need to disable the integrated plugins in theme options on the extra options tab, or advacned tab depending on which version you are using. The plugins use to be integrated with Avada, not standalone plugins. So please be sure to do that first. Once you disable it, you can upload the latest plugin version the normal way.

If issues do arise, we would need to ask you to also update the theme to ensure all works. Thanks for choosing Avada!

Yes the grid layout has to show the full image ratio of each image, which is what produces the grid effect. This is how the isotope script is setup to work. We have debated about modifying this and possible generating images on the fly or possibly image placeholders while it loads, but both options have their own set of drawbacks. however, we’re still undecided on this topic and it is on our list of things to check into the future.

I’m seeing that the problem is with featured images and gallery images in product pages. All it needs is an image size selector, same as when adding media to post content. This would make image size issues easy instead of a huge problem.

If we could upload large files and then just select what size to use in these instances it would make the theme perfect. As it is I’m having to resize images and upload multiple times. Image sizes should not be a problem and optimizing them for load times should be easy too.

Thanks for the heads up Actually that is not all that is needed, all the parts work together, listing page to single post page, etc. We’ve looked at this route as well. We’ll se what all pans out soon.
