Hi,
I got a problem with the purchase process that when the customer buy a product, the cart process goes well but they get an empty zip file in the end. I’ve checked out the zip files as far as I’ve seen everything seems fine.
I’m having this problem since I’ve set up “variable product” as product data. http://cl.ly/image/3c1c3w0k0m1a

I looked into the issue about what could I do for. I’ve tried many things to solve it. I talked to godaddy for MOD_SECURITY core ruleset they said this is not a mod-security error, it is about the theme or plugin. I have deactivated all of woocommerce plugins and reactivated them again.
Also I’ve installed “Woocommerce Add to cart Ajax for variable products” + “WooCommerce jQuery Cookie Fix” and applied this one http://docs.woothemes.com/document/jquery-cookie-fails-to-load/
Nothing changed.

Unfortunately since it’s not theme specific it’s hard to say – but I believe you could get a solid answer of what route to take if you query this on the WooCommerce forums 
Hi! Sorry, I was looking for the answer before asking but I don’t find any solution. I would like to add a slider gallery (nectar style) on a project. I’m trying to show a web design project; for that I need to have my PNG image showing a display, and we can see the others images by clicking on the arrows. But the problem is that the images are scaling over 100%. What should I do to see my entire image (heigh and width) > not croped, and it would be great to have a padding around the image to.
The idea is to have something like the bird in your demo but in a slider gallery : http://themenectar.com/demo/salient-frostwave/portfolio/geowolf-social/ I’m using a full width portfolio style.

Another think, when I upload an image with an important transparent padding it’s OK, but when a see it on a smartphone, the image is really croped.

I tried to use twentytwenty plugin. So far it worked…
I created a two column layout and added a photo to each of them. Then i put the pictures in [twentytwenty] picture1 picture2 [/twentytwenty]
After that I created a centered heading over them and visited my homepage. I recognized the heading of my pictures was visible but i couldnt find my pictures. Just after reloading the page they appear on the bottom of my homepage. Covering the “Leave a Reply”-box. Do you have any ideas?

However your latest version of salient does not have the gallery slider tick box. How can I create it so an item from the portfolio page has a slider option like at 4 mins in the video using your latest version of the theme?

Hey Mike,
That option was removed since it is now obsolete – the image gallery element in the page builder offers the same display as that plus a ton of other options and th flexibility to move it where you need in the page rather than being forced to keep it at the top.

Your theme still does funny things when displayed on iPad (tall) and iPhone (tall). The landscape/ horisontal mode is PERFECT. But as soon as viewed on tall-mode it litterally screws up big time. I have tested the responsiveness on more sites, and it is a general problem with the Salient Theme.
The secondary header breaks up. The like-bottons in the footer are displayed in one loooong vertical line, and in general it simply just misbehaves when in tall mode.
Do you think it will help if I change every single row-padding to percentage instead of pixes? Because on iPhone I often have to scroll like 3-4 pages of black background, before I get to the content :0S
Hoping that you solve these issues in a future update.

the facebook plugin you’re using is adding an iframe with a px value width which is simply larger than the column you’ve place it in – this would need to be adjusted in order allow it to fit in a space smaller than it was intended for

It seems you’ve already made it larger – if you want to add words to it you’d need to do so in the nectar/love/nectar-love.php file

Check out the add_love function – also it wouldn’t work in a child theme immediately without modding this line in the functions.php require_once ( ‘nectar/love/nectar-love.php’ );
