Hello, I use Avada 3.6.1 but I do not have a license. Now I want to buy a Regular License. How can i update my installed theme? Do I loose my site’s information?

You need to buy a license of Avada to update it and get support. You will not lose your information as long as none of the code has been altered from the original theme files.

Can you please tell me if the following is possible, and if so what would it take to accomplish.
For Blog post options, where you have the image rollover icons (link + zoom), would it be possible to either:
A) have more than one link (by possibly adding another rollover icon)
or
replace the Zoom function with another link?
My goal for this would be to use it for media where the one of the icons would play the media (in a separate media player), and the other would add to a cart.
Is this something that may be better suited for the portfolio post?

A . this could be done but would require code edits as we only allow two bey default.
The zoom icon will always open in a lightbox, so a video can play or an image can show. The link icon will link to single portfolio post by default, or you can enter a custom link to open the item and then add it to the cart.

Hmmm it can be done but requires code customizations, there is not an option to change the size of the sticky header. However, you can change the size of the sticky header logo, go to theme options > sticky header to view the available options.

Oh the one on the box? That is the tagline box shadow and can only be used with the tagline box. The image frame shortcode also has a bottom shadow you can select. So that shadow can be used with the tagline box or image frame element.

Hi I got another question. I added some categories and when I click at my post on the category they’ll send me to a empty with that doesn’t exist.
I installed the theme again with demo content on another domain, but there is the same problem with the categories..

The category page is empty? Hmm it could be a permalink issue. Try to reset them by going to settings > permalink and hitting “save changes”. It could be a few other things, but the theme itself would not cause that.

How do I set a featured video as blog post image. In the demo content there is no post with video content. So there’s no example.

There is a section on creating posts and also single post page. For videos, you insert the video embed code in the video embed code field in the fusion options box. http://d.pr/i/19XK1

Is it possible to open a Portfolio Page with a specific category other than the default one? For example: instead of the default category, which is “all”, I want a variable category to be active when opening a specific link. Thanks in advance!

Yes they will go full width of wherever you place them. The page you linked to has them in column wrappers, so they are contained to the column size. If you put them outside of that, it will go to the page width. Or if you use a 100% width page template, it can go 100% width

Hi, I was able to correct the responsive sizing issue when reducing the header. However, the buttons in the rotating image will not scale vertically when reduced into tablet and mobile views.

Hmmm we’ve not used that ourselves so cannot say for certain. However I did a forum search and did not come across any known issues or threads about it.

But it’s possible to set to ALL single posts? I only see “Blog sidebar 1” and “Blog sidebar 2”, but in the description they both says that “will display on the blog/archive/category pages”. I want it displayed on the single only, not the rest of the blog, or archives, or any listing page. Thanks.
