You can translate the fields with the translation files, or in the original coded file but its more recommended to change it in the translation files as that will not be changed during an update.

There is also one option to remove the project details column all together.

The reason I brought up a table was because I have been using Doctor: Universal Medical Wordpress Theme: [link removed per author request] I have just found this theme to be difficult to customize.

The table you see on the right is what I am talking about. However, I like your full page slider so that may not work.

And what do you mean put the office hours in a sidebar on each page? I am always interested in ideas.

Yeah that template is a unique setup for the office info. In theory you could get taht setup with Avada using the Layer or Revolution Slider, assuming you want it joined with the image slider.

If you do not need it joined liek that, then it can sit in its own column on the right side, or in a sidebar. Sidebars can take content like that, here is an example of a sidebar, it takes up the full side on left or right with its own content http://theme-fusion.com/avada/inec-lorem-urna-consequat/

3. We do have plans for some new features dealing with images and galleries, however I cannot say for certain what those are and when they will be done. (sorry had to flag the comment to remove the link to other theme)

5. If you are making code edits, then yes it is always best to use a child theme. But for regular translations, it is not needed but purely up to you.

6. Hmmm a plugin would be best for this. We have a soundcloud element and it can auto play, but you would have to put that on each page of your site and it would reset playing the song with each page load. A plugin that offers this feature would be best.

Hmmm that sounds like a memory issue, or other server issue. It is definitely not the theme.

I had to re-install the whole theme, I still don’t see the option to make the page full width, is that feature no longer available?

What page are you trying to make full width? Are you referring to the full width page template? That is no longer needed, there are new sidebar settings for sidebar 1 and 2, if both of those are set to “none” then the page is full width.

We’ve not tested that ourselves so cannot guarantee it, however it should be fine. If an issue does arise, we ask that you contact the plugin developer to see if it is a known issue with themes and if there is a resolution. And you can post on our support forum with any details and we can check it out and see if we can resolve it. A majority of the time it is something minor that can be changed.

Currently there is not one included with Avada, however you can set one up with the free Contact Form 7 plugin. It allows you to make forms and put them anywhere. The one you linked to on our site is our company site, not Avada.

Hmmm right now there is not a setup for that, however the good news is we are going to add options that will allow you to choose if the lightbox shows all the images from that one post, or if it shows all the 1st featured images of each post on that page (which is what it does now).

I can’t say exactly when that will be added, but it is on our list and will be done sooner than later.

Thanks for the purchase! Welcome to Avada

This error is not theme related (I wish it was!) but is affected by your host configuration (the company who you pay to host your site). Basically they have a limit on the size of file that can be uploaded. That should be increased.

Avada.zip is the theme file and it is right over 11MB because of the included plugins (Layer Slider, Revolution Slider).

You can contact your host and explain this to them to havw them increase it, there is no reason why it should be that low.

If you do not want to install it via FTP, it is pretty easy if you look at it as a folder of files on your computer. When you log on to your server, it simply shows you all the files that are there. Just copy the unzipped Avada.zip file (Avada folder) and paste it into the correct location (wp-content > themes folder”.

Hmmm that is more reliant on WP itself, not a theme. You can create as many user accounts as you need in WP admin, setting each one to a specific privilege (admin, user, etc).

If you are using a plugin like bbPress or BuddyPress, then there are more options for that that come with the plugin.

Hmmm it works for us and we have had no other reports of this. A majority of the time when a contact form will not work, it is due to server configuration or server issue, or the emails are going to a spam folder of some kind. Or you may have another 3rd party plugin that is causing it. To test it, disable third party plugins to see if it helps. If it does not, then try it with the default WP theme with the plugin. If the issue still happens, then it is server related and you should contact your host. If you do need to contact your host make sure to explain that it happens with the default WP theme.

Thanks I will contact my host as I’ve disabled all plugins as well as changed theme to twentyfourteen (default) but still am not receiving messages via the contact forms.

The data tables are still there as they were before, we just changed the shortcode page to only show pricing tables and we will add a separate page for regular tables.
