How can i make the image carousel autoplay?
Currently there is not an option for that, but we are going to be adding one to it soon. For now you would need to modify the code for that, we use the carouFredSel script.

Hi, before purchase i have few question need your answer, For dual side bar, sidebar on the left and right is apply for pages and blog? Can we set at different pages different layout of sidebar and different sidebar content?
Second question, do you have facilities to make hotspot image with link in your theme?

Yes any page or post can have unique sidebars on left and right. Some can have one, some two or some no sidebars. You can also set global sidebars for every page or post or product, etc. Very flexible.
Currently we do not have hotspots for images, you may be able to find a plugin for that though.

Since updating, there are serious issues with the theme. Like when putting “Global Sidebar 1” and “Global Sidebar 2” on NONE, and all pages still show them. This used to work fine, but this is really annoying, because overriding each page by hand isn’t a workable situation.

These are not issues, it comes down to setup. New features were added (dual sidebars).
There are new global sidebar options in theme options > sidebar. If you select those there, they will show everywhere for that specific setting. if you do not want teh same sidebar on every page, then do not use the global sidebar settings and only use the page or post option settings.
What changed is that we added dual sidebars to the theme, because of that the individual page option had to be removed and replaced with a new one. Read about it here in #1: http://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/install-update/important-update-information/

I understand this, but after updating, the sidebars are shown, when (both) global sidebar settings are disabled. The ‘bulk field editor’ isn’t a real solution, because afterwards we have to disable the sidebar for each new age as well, as it should use the default (no sidebar) as set under the theme options.
Hmmm that should not happen, the default global settings should stick for any new page, there should not be a need to change that manually.
When you say “both global sidebars are disabled” what exactly do you mean? Do you have “none” selected for them like this: http://d.pr/i/1kqah Please note the “activate global sidebar” option must be checked.
Also, the main blog page will be a page not a post so the global sidebar page would need to be set also
We are not able to reproduce this issue on our end and have not seen other reports of this. Are you using a customized child theme?

Oh hmmm, do you have “no sidebar” or “none” selected for global sidebars? Most likely “no sidebar” is a created widget section because to use no sidebar, the option should be “none”
What type of slider demo Home version 18 uses?

Uses one layer slider on left, and one rev slider on right. We used a 2/3 col for layer slider and one third for rev slider. Place the slider shortcodes inside of there.

That one is home page 11 slider for revolution slider. We are in the process of updating demo pages and sliders, so some areas are a little inconsistent right now but once all is done it will be up to date with correct names, etc.

Hi Avada Team, I am not able to download Avada 3.6.2. I don’t know why ??? When I went to my themeforest account I can just download the 3.4.3 version. (themeforest-2833226-avada-responsive-multipurpose-theme.zip) Please could help me to install the new version.

Have you unzipped it and checked? Themeforest only keeps the latest version of the theme so that has to be 3.6.2. Install the theme and it should say 362 in admin.

I would like to purchase Avada theme because of my friend’s suggestion.. he has a very good experience using your theme
But before that I would like to confirm several things:
1. can the mega menu be setup to be like this, digitalmate.com.au/megamenu_preference.png ?
2. I also need a bbpress (forum) integration, the site I will build need to be 100% responsive.. I a bit worried when I reduce the screen on your forum page demo.. it become like this http://digitalmate.com.au/forum-1.png http://digitalmate.com.au/forum-2.png

1. No the built in megamenu cannot be like that without code customizaiotns. however, you could use Ubermenu plugin to achieve a look like that.
2. That is just a sidebar responsive bug that is fixed in our upcoming version. It will look correct and not size down to a very small width, http://d.pr/i/NTmr

Quick question. It’s possible to have a different top menu in each page or asked in another ways in the same site can I have a site with several pages, several one pages with internal navigation menu and several landing pages?
The second question, it’s possible to have full section and when scroll move from section to section as in union.co

Yes each page can have its own custom menu assigned, any page or post in fact.
We do have full width sections, however not ones that are full screen and scroll from one to the next.

Quick questions – is there anything available in the theme to solely target the margins/padding on mobile devices? For example, I added a separator at the top of a text column in order for it to line up in the center or the column to the left of it. Looks great on desktop, but then when I get to mobile, it’s too much of a margin at the top (since it loads in a vertical tile). Am I making any sense? haha
Also, along those lines – the flip boxes are able to flip on mobile, but not flip back (at least on Safari on iPhones). Is this something I can alter as well?

Yes you are making sense Right now there is not a separate option for mobile spacing, but we are going to be looking into this to figure out what we can do, I’ve come across the same things in building our demos.
For flip boxes, that is how they work on touch devices. Only one can be flipped at a time, if you flip one over, it will flip back when you flip the next one. Flip A, then Flip B and A will flip back over.

One last question (I hope). Can you think of any reason why some iPhones would be disregarding the mobile css? My client’s phone, as well as some of his co-workers, tries to load the web version of the site rather than the mobile version (One uses safari the other uses the chrome app). Any ideas? I’m stumped!

Is it OK to change the name of the avada.zip (or theme folder) filename so that the path is something generic like my mybiz.zip and then install the theme on my FTP? Final result is…
