Hej!
Hi there, thank you
That would require custom development in the JS and CSS files.
Hello, I was wondering if there is a possibility to make use of the shotcodes below but not within a slider. I would like to see ALL “ux_sale_products” on one page. Can I realize that? And how?
[ux_featured_products], [ux_sale_products], [ux_latest_products]
Thank you for your help
Try the shortcodes without the ux_ in it. F.ex [featured_products]
Thats the default WooCommerce shortcodes.
Perfect! Thanx – great
Oh – do you also know how to at the sorting option like on this site:
http://flatsome.uxthemes.com/product-category/women/Showing 1–12 of 25 results

That happens automatically if you have more that 12 products in the category
Thanx
hello, is there a way to complete disable the hover effect on the shop/category page? I’ve ticked the disable effect option in the flatsome option panel, but the pictures shrunk very slightly when I hover mouse on them. A small annoyance, but would be nice to completely disable it.
Also, is there a way to disable wishlist completely? I have disabled it on woocomerce setting page, but the shop now display a a weird code under the price.

Hi,
Is there a way to include the top bar in the sticky header?
Thanks! firefish
Hi there, sorry that’s currently not possible.
Hi
I’m interested to purchase your theme and have a question: Each of my my products have about 25 attribute variations but not all of them are in stock. Using your theme, can I hide out of stock variations to avoid a very long dropdown menu?
Hi there, thank you for your interest. Have you done this with WooCommerce earlier? We use default WooCommerce functionality. I think this should be possible. You can learn more here: https://github.com/woothemes/woocommerce/issues/5661
Hi, If I need to create a similar homepage like your demo site: http://flatsome.uxthemes.com/ I should select the page template to:Full width(100%). Am I right? If I use shortcodes of uxbanner, sliders, featured boxes, background,it will display like your demo site.Is this right? But if I type words in my page editor, the content will be full screen.Right?I am new to build a site.Hope you can answer me.Thanks.
And this page:http://flatsome.uxthemes.com/pages/about-us/ The banner is full width. But the content below the banner is not full width. How can I create a page like that?

HI,
Is there a way to have sub categories display like categories. eg. you go to http://flatsome.uxthemes.com/shop/ then it shows the parent categories, once you click on say woman you can then be presented with more sub categories? is there a way of doing this? or would i have to setup a page and then link etc?thanks
Hi there, You need edit f.ex the “women” category and enable display type: “subcategories”.
Dear Sir,
I want to buy this theme because I think it will do great, but one question. Can I translate the shop to dutch language?
I’m targetting the dutch market.
Regards, Sem
Hi there, yes dutch language is included for WooCommerce
You need to translate some strings yourself by using this method: http://flatsome.uxthemes.com/docs/#7.5
The theme is listed as 2.0.5 (based on the change log) but in the style.css you’ve still got it listed as 2.0.1 so the auto-update through the Envato Manager plugin isn’t catching that there’s a new update available.
WooCommerce claims “flatsome/woocommerce/myaccount/form-login.php version 2.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.2.6” which is what led me to look for the update.
Hi there, thanks for noticing. Auto updating the theme is not a good idea anyway
We’ll have the outdated template file fixed soon, but the theme still works great with WooCommerce 2.2.7.
Hello,
Is there a way to high-light an item in the main menu? (other color, bold or similar)
Thanks in advance!
Hi there, that would require you to add custom CSS. Every menu item as their unique ID and Class that you can use to target.
Thanks! I’ve changed something but not able to change font color… :-/
Any idea?
Hi there, could you email this to support@uxthemes.com with a link to your site, and we’ll help you out
I got it! Thank you so much for your quick answers. Awesome!!!
Awesome
Hello,
I bought a eCommerce theme from another seller a few months ago which I now regret.
A friend has recommended me your theme. Will I have any problems when switching this theme over? I don’t want to re create a load of work for myself again because my store is complete with about 200 products :/. Just want a smooth transition if possible?
thanks
Hi there, it should work well. You should keep a backup of your old site. You can always switch theme back to old if Flatsome somehow mess up your site.

hello, when you say retina ready, does this mean all product images will be scaled apropriately? How do I ensure that my shop, product, banner etc will be retina ready?
regards
Hi there, you can have retina ready images, but then you need to set them 2x the size described here: http://flatsome.uxthemes.com/docs/#1.3.1
Hi, I have purchased your theme few days ago and I have a problem with UX Slider. When I turn on the tablet, the slider is cut. Please I need to solve it.
The theme is great! =)

Hi guys,
Is there a way to manage the related products on the bottom of any single product page?
Best regards
Tony
Take a look in Theme Option > Product page
You need the latest version of the theme
Hi, i have a short question. Where to assign the “back-image” of products to be shown on the category page on mouse over? Thanks Michael

Hi. I just bought your theme. I do not want to use UX Slider, but Revolution Slider instead. How do I place the short code so that it spans the whole width of the page like UX Slider does? When you put the Rev Slider shortcode in a text box of a page, there is whitespace on each end / side of the slider. I want to eliminate this. Thanks.

Hi, I noticed that this popped up when I updated to the latest version of Woocommerce 2.2.7 just now:
Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files – if you encounter functionality issues on the frontend this could be the reason. Ensure you update or remove them (in general we recommend only bundling the template files you actually need to customize). See the system report for full details.
Then when I went to the system report it is saying this:
flatsome/woocommerce/myaccount/form-login.php version 2.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.2.6,
Just wanted you to know
Keep up the great work! It keeps getting better and better!
I am using version 2.0.5 of your theme and the latest 2.0 child theme and WordPress 4.0
Hi there, the theme still works with WooCommerce 2.2.7, but we’ll have this notice fixed soon
Ok great thanks!
Hi guys,
First of all, thanks for this theme, it’s a really good one!
Im having an issue that i don’t know how to solve!
When i add a product and add some categories and under-categories, how can i select the categorie that i want to show?
To illustrate what im talking about, check: http://www.planet-endurance.ch/categorie-produit/running/chaussures-hommes-running/competition/
In this example, you will see that some shoes shows the brands as a categorie, like ‘asics’, ‘brooks’ and other, ‘chaussures hommes’!
How can i choose which category i wnat to show ?
Best regards
Tony
Hi there, could you email this to support@uxthemes.com? We’ll be happy help you out via mail.
Hopefully a quick question. I wanted to add search in the header area on my site but the long search bar takes up too much space. I see on your demo site at :
http://flatsome.uxthemes.com/homepage/homepage-3-ultra-simple/?header_centerthat the search is a magnifying glass icon in the menu area. How do I do that? I did not see this in the documentation.
I should add that if I have the header and menu is a display of Logo Position Left, Search Left (default), Main Nav Top Left (beside logo) then the Search is just a magnifying Glass icon. However, if I have the Logo Center, Search Left (default), Main Nav Full Width – Centered then the search bar is the long search bar and I want to place social media icon links to the left of the logo so the search bar makes everything get squished. Is there a way to have the search bar as just the magnifying glass for this header configuration?
I sent a message to the support email address.
Awesome. We’ll reply to you soon
