Hi the theme is brilliant Great job, I got one problem the site does not display correctly on internet explorer but is fine on all other browsers, is this is a known issue if so please could you advise how this can be fixed.

You basically need to do what the message says: make the “…/wp-content/uploads/” folder writable. On some hostings CHMOD can be 755, on others 777. You can contact your hosting provider to assist you with it.
It is 777 with the correct owners too, I have also tried 755. What is it failing to create and where? I have nothing in my error logs so cant see.

This is not really what im searching for. I got a sidebar in my shop at the left with categories. When i click on a cateogry the sidebar changes from left to right. I just want the sidebar be to the left the whole time. This video does not explain that for me. Can you please help me get this done?

Just purchased the theme, have done pretty basic adjustments at this point – haven’t touched the code at all and the Menu button doesn’t work on an iPhone 5S, my assumption is that the menu won’t work on any touch device currently.
Not sure what to do here.

Checker on 5s both on iOS7 and 8 – works just fine.
And actually, I just noticed that the “Top Bar” section isn’t visible at all on Mobile; it’s in a permanently expanded state where there’s quite a bit of white space at the top pushing the entire page down.

As a test, I downloaded the latest version of Chrome OS for iOS. The two issues I’ve described:
a) The menu button not displaying a menu when tapped b) The “Top Bar” section not being visible, but the header of the page is shifted down as though it were expanded
Both of these issues are only happening in Safari with an iPhone 5S iOS 7.1.1

I’m not sure if the CSS wasn’t fully loading, but I was dumping my cache and resetting my browser to test Safari and it still was displaying the screenshot I attached.
No idea why it’s resolved.

Just double checked in Safari and Chrome on iOS7. Same as before – all works fine. I can only speculate that there were some sort of issues in your WiFi network or server was not working properly when you first visited your site from a phone. Therefore “broken” files were cached. Though very rarely, this may happen.
Can you please confirm that after couple of page reloads issue is gone?

There are no build-in tools for it unfortunately. Possible there’s some sort of plugin that can do that, but I cannot guarantee it.
Hello. How i can make static footer for all pages, posts, etc? It shoul be one footer for whole site. I read that theme has only one footer widget and 4 columns. But not all information i need to put into footer can be add by widgets. How to customize it like in Visual Composer like any pages?

Sorry, misunderstood you. You can emulate the footer in Visual Composer. And after that save it as VC template to be reused on other pages. But as you already guessed – it is quite a bit of work.
As I understood this themes comes with integrated modified version of visual composer plugin.
My site already uses Visual composer. When i change theme how will my posts look like? Will I need to edit and adjust every single one?

3. You can use portfolio projects instead of masonry. Result will be almost identical.

1 and 2 can be done by using “Portfolio – masonry & grid” page template on your homepage (all other content can be added in visual page builder). This can be done easily in WordPress admin area – no coding required.
Regarding permalinks. Theme has a build in option to rewrite a portfolio slug. So there’s even no need for editing .php files.

This will not be possible with Lightbox, I’m afraid.
My recommendation is to create dedicated pages for benefits (or single page with anchors to specific links). And link to them from benefits.
Also you can ignore the “benefits” shortcode/post-type and create a layout you like using Visual Composer – it’s so powerful now that there’s no real need for “benefits” shortcode/post-type anymore.
