Did you open the theme from a webserver(localhost or hosting) ? Please note if you opened it directly from a file some features(media query, font icons, etc) may not work in IE and firedox due to browsers local file(js, css) load policy.

Yes, you can just open the URL http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans:400,300,600,700&subset=all in your web browser and download all inner css files and store it with all inner css files under your web directory(e.g: assets/fonts/open-sans.css).

Thanks for the purchase. You can the ajax datatable samples where the datatable is powered with the popular datatables plugin op top of Metronic’s datatable wrapper. You can refer to http://keenthemes.com/preview/metronic/theme/templates/admin/table_ajax.html. In the theme just navigate to “theme/templates/admin/table_ajax.html” and assets/admin/pages/scripts/table-ajax.js. As defined in table-ajax.js the demo data is generated by “theme/templates/admin/demo/table-ajax.php” script. For more info you can check the ajax datatables sample from the official site of the plugin here http://datatables.net/examples/data_sources/server_side.html

You can call Metronic.initAjax(); method on ajax content loaded to reinitialize the core components(dropdowns, tabs, tooltips, popover, styled checkbox) and other components like datepicker need to be reinitialized separately.

The draggable and hideable stats are not available at the moment. We will consider implementing it in a future release.

There should not be any issue with the uniform checkboxes. Please try to correct your code as shown below:

$.uniform.update("[data-id='Active']"); // closing ] was missed

To set the checkbox checked you should use “checked” attribute as shown below:
