Hi Guys. Great theme and support has been top shelf too! I have an issue with the product page attributes section. For me (and I am sure others) it is not inherently obvious that I need to select the product options before I have an “Add to Cart” option… my first thought was that the product was Out of Stock and/or unavailable for some reason. So, for this reason I am sure that you understand how one may be concerned for a loss of sales… however, if I add a Special Note to the Product page template… that warning will be consistent across all the Product pages and not specific to the handful of products that have attributes associated with them. So, in this case there needs to be a fillable field for this table section… I understand that I can use the Short Description area to add a note… but, then this would be a manual process and we all know how messy that can get. Suggestions?
Hi there, sorry but this is default WooCommerce functionality. You can “force” the Add to cart button to show by adding custom CSS. .single_variation_wrap{display:block!important}
Thank you for that response: I apologize for not coming back and taking this thread down, my bad! I realized after posting this and emailing a copy to support that this was indeed a Woocommerce issue and not a theme issue and copied this tread to their support forum (though I have yet to hear back from them). So, that being said I guess I am obligated to post the fix that was emailed to me in case other peeps have the same issue. Posted Back by Michael from Support: 1. I’ve managed to just about get around the errors with child theme mods, but obviously everyone else is in need and I would prefer to use the official files.

Hi there, we’ll have an updated version out soon, but the theme still works great with WooCommerce 2.2.7. The best way to prevent this is to wait until Flatsome is updated before upgrading WooCommerce

I have problem with share icons on product page, those icons don’t show up until I click on it. Earlier, you said it was because I used black header background. Can you fix this ?

I am really enjoying this theme but would like to know if there is any custom css code that can be used so that on a single product page the balance of screen information is say 60% width for the image and 40% width for the product information ?
Also were do i add the custom css in the Theme HTLM Blocks Admin Page (i.e. Customer CSS or HTML before Add To Cart (Product Page) or Other Block etc…)?

I love the Theme Options => Product Page on the latest theme version! So easy to keep modifications I used to have to do with code.
One thing I still have to do (in fact, lots of people on Woocommerce forums complain about this) is I have to edit my Woocommerce code to remove one category (that all products share) from the Related Products code itself.
Any chance a future version could add one more field to the Theme Options => Product Page that lets the admin place categories to ignore for related items?

I’m ready to purchase the theme but I still have one last question:
I see you have a filter by price feature. May I know the plugin name?
Can you please check if for example I want to filter by attributes (variations), the plugin will ignore the out of stock variation or not? I need the plugin to not ignore the out of stock, so that once filtered to show only “in stock” variations.
