Hi, great theme but poor support. I ask for support 3 ytimes and each respons was to look into FAQ !!!!!!! My problem is that there’s no woocommerce translation after woocommerce upgarde and worp^press aupgarde. Please help me i’m fed up with the same answer which doesn’t soluce my problem

I’ve looked up your account and the problem is you opened 3 threads all with the same question, that is why you received the exact same answer each time. You cannot open more than one thread per issue, if you do then you will receive the same answer until you reply back to one of them.
In addition, the answer and link given to you contains the answer you need. So the support provided is correct.
I have deleted two of your 3 threads because they are repeats. I left one open and replied back to you in it.
Please in the future, do not oepn more than one thread for the same issue. When you receive a reply back from our staff, you need to then reply back to the same thread if you have questions or concerns.

We recommend using WPML plugin as we feel it is the best and provides the easiest way to manage settings.
With WPML, each language you use has its own set of theme options, so you can set different fonts, sizes, logos, etc.

Hi, If you have Revslider activated and then click on plugins, you get a white page, a suppressed PHP error. WordPress 4.0 Multisite. Relates to the active Avada page. With Layer Slider it works or disable Avada Core. It will not be on Revslider! Avada has’re the last version of a quirk Please fixed. Avada 3.6.2 installed. Thanks for attention

Hello! I have a pre-sales question. If my logo is potentially larger then the header bar, is the header bar responsive to increase its height to fit the logo? I had a problem with a similar theme previously and my logo either looks squished or the header bar appeared out of whack. Also, can the font for the menu be changed/enlarged? Appreciate your input! Thanks!

yes the header will adjust based on the logo size. Also, we provide logo and header padding options to take full control over it.
And yes, the fonts for every part of the site can be changed in theme options.

There is a color overlay for the videos you can use, it is controlled by a hex color.

Hi, I am having an issue with Firefox. My page title (in the gray box) is showing up vertically. Also the dropdown menu items are a little lower than they are supposed to be, which is making them disappear before I can hover over them to click.

Hmmm this sounds like it could be a 3rd party plugin conflict. Can you try to disable your plugins and see if it helps? Only leave the ones on that we include.

Is there a real full-width design option? For me I only get parts of the page full-width and margins/padding is missing:

But yes, full width is real full width, it can go 100% of browser window which is what I also see in your screenshots. If you are referring to the header or footer not being full width, you can make them so with our options.
Are those options in the theme or do I need to provide my own CSS?
Yes we have full site width controls that can take any px or % value up to 100%.

Does this theme have any compatibility to use a “blog post” to create a newsletter post from? I would love to see compatibility to “email” new posts using my newsletter service, MailChimp.

You can email new posts, or share them with different social sharing netwroks. Below each post is a “sharing box” http://theme-fusion.com/avada/inec-lorem-urna-consequat/
However when you email it will email directly to a person or persons, it does not have mail chimp integration for that at this time.
