First of all..what an amazing theme! I would like to know if i can create a button so people can download a PDF within the theme..for example..in the Our Specialty Dishes page section…i could add a button where they can download food menu. Thank you in advance.

My ‘Recent Posts’ shortcode is not showing the comments meta like the Demo. Could you remind me where that option is located? I don’t see it as an option in the shortcode alone.

Edit the shortcode itself and make sure the meta data is set to show.

I have purchased the Avada theme and I just want to say, THANKS! What a great theme and even more importantly very good forum support. I used to have the very customizable Atahualpa theme and needed something modern (ao responsive). Avada is even better than I expected. Very customizable and a user friendly admin interface at the same time. Recommended!

We’ve not tested that ourselves so cannot guarantee it, however it should be fine. If an issue does arise, we ask that you contact the plugin developer to see if it is a known issue with themes and if there is a resolution. And you can post on our support forum with any details and we can check it out and see if we can resolve it. A majority of the time it is something minor that can be changed.

Does this theme support a full width slider? I saw the demo and it’s actually in the demo, but I’m just wondering if it really supports one.
Reason why I’m asking is simple: Last theme I bought had a full width slider in the demo, but when I tried to do it on my website I couldn’t do it. Developers later said it needed custom development in order to implement such feature.

Yes it does, all the sliders can be full width, there is no need for custom development to get that with Avada.

It will be in the fusion-core plugin folder. So the active one will be ion wp-contents > plugins > fusion-core > shortcodes. Each shortcode has its own file.

hello – I will soon be building a website for a school and I am looking for a theme that works well for this purpose.
I am thinking about buying avada theme and have a couple of questions:
- Is it possible to add password protection/restricted access to specified pages?
- I would like a solution that enables teachers to be able to upload content (images/video/text) in a way that is intuitive and easy – does this site offer such capability?

Yes, WP allows you to do this by default for a page or post.
For the content uploading, if you give them a user account with certain privileges then yes that can be done by default. If you need something outside of that, then it may require a plugin that handles user accounts and privileges.

We include french files with the main files download. They were submitted and maintained by our user base so if you need to change them or make additions, you can edit the files and do so.

could you tell me how I can do some change in the style (delete the “Details” button and the frame around the product pictures) of the woocommerce product overview page?

The details button is default woo behavior so it is not recommended to change that, the border is a custom style you can change the color of in theme options > style > element colors, look for this option: http://d.pr/i/s2O5 You could put “transparent” in the field and it will not show. If you wish to hide it all together, it will also take customizations as we do not offer options for that at the moment.
