Site access for http://themovation.com/ exists, but this is the “Eatery” theme (demo). So – at this point in time, there is no web support or docs available (written) for this new theme at http://themovation.com – yet?

We aren’t seeing any errors on our side so we are curious what you are seeing. Can you send us a screenshot if you can’t get access?
Also documentation is included in the theme download under the /documentation folder inside the zip.

DNS testing for the domain “support.themovation.com” are fine!
Using various browsers, I occasionally see the beginning of an XML error start to show in the browser (Firefox & IE) => for http://support.themovation.com/(*)

Hi WebChamp, there was a small issue with the import file, it’s been fixed. Your import should be successful regardless of the update we just did.
I think you are all good, but feel free to download the latest theme update for the newest import file.
