Hi, we are using your plugin and have 2 issues:
1) the visual composer plugin often is loosing elements after dragging blocks to other positions. After saving the side, this elements are still in die htmlcode (shortcodes), but are not visible in the vc-editor and are not executed in the frontend. we use the visual composer as a separate plugin in some other installations and there we have not the same problems. Looks like it is something with your extentions for vc.
2) is it possible to disable the ajax-loading-effekt and start directly with rendering the side? (this small line on top of the side running from left to right until every element is fully loaded)?!?
one more thing: it would be great if you add an update-service for your plugins. Caus everytime to updated the plugins manualy isnt very sexy

1) There are no known issues like this so please turn OFF other plugins you may have and try again. If you still have trouble please send me a private message with the WP login details if possible;
2) you can add some custom CSS under Samba Options>Custom Scripts>Custom CSS for this. Send me a private message if you need help with this;

I’m having an issue with the Twitter feed on my left sidebar. This is the error message I get:

That problem related with the Twitter API that sometimes does not respond properly or you have placed the wrong Twitter settings.
On 95% of the times that it happens, I log into the WP Dashboard, place my own Twitter settings and it works. So, please make sure your settings are correct.

It’s weird this problem!
I’ve just checked a previous copy of my website development in Here (web1): http://christianhart.com/millencapitalv2/ and the twitter feed was working perfectly.
Then, I checked that both web1 & web2 had the same Twitter parameters. Everything was exactly the same.
web2: http://grahamfifteen.com/millencapital/
But a few minutes later, the twitter feed would also fail in web1. It’s not working in any of the test environments.

i purchased the theme and got stuck on something that I definitely should not: I go to Samba options -> branding -> upload logo -> (drop) -> Select -> (logos are there) -> Show -> Save all changes. Nothing happens (the logo does not change).
If instead of …> Show Save all changes, I select …> Show -> Insert into post, then I get an error (pasting):

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /en/wp-admin/media-upload.php could not be found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I just visited the WP Dashboard and this issue has to do with some strange server security issue. I just googled for that error and everything points to unusual server configs.
I have sold thousands of themes with this type of feature and it is the first time it happens so please contact your hosting company. They should be able to fix that message. Thanks!

I have a question about your pages.
Does Page – With section have sidebar? Or is it only Page – Classic and Default?
Is there a way to use Page with Section (full screen background color) and a sidebar?
Also sidebar questions – If that option is turned on, can you choose which sidebar to add in for individual pages? Such as 1 page has a Mail Chimp used in the sidebar. Another page uses another widget. And a 3rd page uses a different widget. Is that possible?

Thank you for reaching me! You can have pages with or without sidebar. If you have a section with a background color or image and a sidebar it will not look good, but you can still do this.
As for having different sidebars on different pages, yes that is possible. Cheers

Prior to purchasing, I need to know if I can do the following with sidebar menus: 1. 3-levels or more. 2nd and 3rd level items should appear on hover or on click, below the 1st (or 2nd, respectively) level respective item (not floating). 2. Fully customizable menu items format, different for each level.
Also, please let me know if the theme supports RTL languages.

About 1 and 2: the theme does not interfere with the sidebar menus so if you have a plugin or want to add your own code you are good to go.

No, that is the theme main menu. In this case a 3rd level is supported and it appears when you click on the parent item.

But that page content is limited in terms of with, because of the right sidebar. And you cant have the page content limited and then, after the sidebar, not limited anymore.

currently, I have set the main blog page as Blogs Classics Template and have the side bar turned on with the option.
1. when I try it on as Left Side Bar, it appears on the left side by the menus on the bottom (where the social icons are located) – which I don’t want….
2. when I try it on as Right Side Bar, nothing comes up…..
3. I also have created a new side bar called – Blog Side Bar and then have added the mail chimp widget….and it does not come up…
what am i doing wrong for the main blog grid pages to have mail chimp widget on the side….
and also how to you get the mail chimp to show up on individual post like your preview as well?

That plugin allows you to add fonts that are ready for web (Fontsquirrel has a webfont generator). On that article I explain how to use those fonts.
If you have a paid font that is hosted somewhere you need to check with that paid service how to include it in Wordpress.

Blog parent pages will show only the post excerpt and will trim any HTML elements you may have. In my opinion it is a poor implementation placing all that code on the post content.
Anyway, if you want to keep it and avoid showing that code on the blog parent page, use the post excerpt field that will be displayed only on the blog parent page.

All that I’m saying is that if you want to use that plugin I recommend that you use a custom post excerpt on each post for a more proper display the blog parent page.
Otherwise turn OFF the plugin and use the theme “normally”. Cheers!

You need to add an extra sidebar for that. Go to Appearance>Manage Sidebars and add a new one. Then you associate the pages that you want with this specific sidebar.
The content/widgets of this new sidebar can be manager under Appearance>Widgets after you create it.
