Hi, thanks for the reply. I am very interested in buying this theme but I see a lot of responsiveness issues in the demo. For example, the columns remain a percentage of the width even when the screen is extremely small. eg 1/5 columns are still 1/5 of the page on mobile screens. Is that something I can expect in the theme as well or is that just a fault in the demo?

What browser are you checking this in? And do you still have the iFrame bar up top (purchase bar)?
Also, browser resizing is a bit different than on an actual mobile device, so check there as well. But what you described will not happen, each column breaks to a single column in mobile view as my screenshot shows above.

ok thanks. I saw it throughout the whole website when the iFrame was present. But now when I check it, it’s fine. Perhaps it has been fixed. Anyway thank you for the reply.
Yeah I think that was due to the iFrame itself, the real site without it will not do that.

Thanks Brandall , thank you for that but honestly not everyone uses their forum or bother to DO SO . They should have released a new version with the fix if not people like me would be wondering.

Unfortunately we cannot release a new update with every bug that comes up, it would be detrimental to the development process. However, what we can do is quickly post solutions on our support center, which is where we try to point everyone to use.
I am using Avada theme with WooCommerce. Just updated wordpress, woocommerce, and am on current version of Avada.
When you are viewing a product, you can only see thumbnails of the gallery photos and the Featured Image displayed large above it. It will not let you view the other photos in place of the Featured image though. Any thoughts?

The woocommerce issue is due to a customization made, or maybe a 3rd party plugin. We are not able to reproduce that on our end, but I see it on your site. The slider wont play, something is blocking it. Either customization, 3rd party plugin, or maybe a bad upload of theme or plugin.
Also I think the same for the sidebar too, can you check your plugins or customizations?

amozwalk1, this is a known issue. Do a search on the Avada forum for the fix. They have the replacement file for download there until the next version comes out that includes the fix. I agree, it was very annoying, but it is indeed fixed now.

Fusion Builder Is VERY Buggy , Is there an ETA On a fix? When using Fusion builder for a full width container with a background color – after SAVING it outputs : NO

Or use a sidebar and place the custom menu widget in it. However right now, you cannot have the header or main menu on the left, but you will be able to in our next update, v3.7

Hi I would like to buy this theme and have a few question. I have found some websites with the avada theme. I wonder if these websites have a customized theme or that these pages are standard within avada. I would like to display my services and content pages like these website (page with dividers and colorfull backgrounds). Since I have bought different themes for nothing I would like to finally have the perfect website and I think I have found it.

Hi,
1. Problem with full width container background – I set the background color of the full width container to #333333, pressed save and pressed update page. When I go to the page I see that the background color is set to “no”.
Then I returned to the editing screen > edit the full screen properties and I saw that the background color is set to no although I set it before to #333333.
2. How can I set the separator to have arrow down instead of two arrows (black and white)?

1 is a known issue that can be fixed on our support center. #2 can be done by just selecting “top” instead of top and bottom. Also make sure the colors are right for the separator.

Hi I need support but the registration system for your support forum does not work properly with Firefox 33.0.2.
I enter my purchase code which it recognizes, because it then provides my username, I enter email and password, and hit submit. It just refreshes the page – no error messages or anything. I’ve tried it 5 times, even in Safe Mode with no add-ons enabled. Can I please get support??

Please try to login with the credentials you entered.

Turns out your reg doesn’t work with 3rd party cookies turned off. Why I need to have 3rd party cookies on is strange. But turning them on fixed the issue.

If you are making code edits then yes you should use a child theme, we provide one with the main package. If you are just making regular changes with our options or even just custom CSS you can use the parent theme if you wish, there is a custom CSS field in theme options for any user related CSS.

Everything works great for me.
But I need to change one simple thing.
I have made a woocommerce shop, and when I log in to “my account”, and click on one of my orders, up in the left corner, where it displayes the status of my order like:
Order #r23243 was ordered november 10, 2014 and is now ….
The font colors of this is what I need to change.
The word ORDER is white, but all the info (ordernr, orderdate and status) is black, and I use the dark theme so it looks really bad.
Please advice.

Hi there, Theme looks awesome! Before purchasing I’d like to know if there are any logo size limitations on full width set up? If the menu line is short ( about 4 pages) would it automatically provide more space for the logo size on the left side of the top bar? Thank you for your time. Best, P.
You can use any size logo up until the site width. Yes the menu will drop to a second line if needed. Or better to use header 5 where it allows the entire width for the logo.

1. Hmm not by default, the search icon can only be used in the main menu right now. But in a future release, it will be possible.
2. For login without woocommerce, it can be done but you will need some kind of plugin to control that. Meaning they have to be logging into something. For example, woocommerce allows a login widget/function, which can be added to the main or top menu.

Hmm we are not able to reproduce this on our end, the sticky header appears and the scrolling keeps going smoothly.

When the sticky header appears the scrolling always stops for a short moment and then jumps a little bit. Most of the wordpress themes with sticky header show a smooth scrolling.

Please note the theme has 2 sticky headers, the second oe you see in the video will automatically show for any Fusion Slider page, it is a unique one we made for that setup. the first one is the classic one that shows elsewhere. It has an animation that brings it into the field of view, so maybe that is what you mean? It is not jerky thougha nd doesn’t skip, it appears after you start scrolling.

Hello Theme Fusion, your Avada’s been a blast, especially it works for me now finally under MultiSite liquid and it finally works everything, if you set the rights correctly and the server are tons of resources.
Can it be that your online demo is not identical with the included demo conent, especially the FAQ pages?

our demo content you can import is pretty much the same, at least 95%. Some areas, for example like for blog or port posts have different images, and we also do not include every single blog or port layout due to overall size. Plus the layouts can be easily chosen for each page.

No, everything is fine. The images in FAQ demo get 404 thats all.
Ah ok, I’ll check that on our demo content. Either way those are placeholders and suppose to be changed out with your images. I’ll check to see if they are missing on our end too and fix for our next release.
