Ive just purchased the theme and did the select import function, is there a way to delete everything from the import? i want to just start from scratch without the import.

To show a list of your created portfolios on a page, you need to go to the page you would like to display your portfolio list on and add the “Portfolio List” element to that page via Visual Composer. Then a list of your portfolios will appear on that page and when you click on one it will lead to that portfolios single page.

Hi this is a pre purchase question, When you go into a menu item is there a way to hide the tags and the Large headings on the page?
For example when you go to the about me section, it says “about” in big letters and then about us, home > about us.
I would like the page to start where that is and just have the navigation tags (home > about us.) at the bottom of the page.

Thanks for your interest in our theme. 
You can hide the title area (the “about” text in large letters), and the breadcrumbs (home > about us), however there is no option in our theme to set the breadcrumbs at the bottom of the page.

If you mean the Full Screen slider on the home page, then you first need to go to Select Slider > Sliders and create a new slider and then copy the sliders shortcode. Then you need to go to you home page from the back end and then paste the slider shortcode into the “Enter Layer slider or Select slider shortcode” field.
Then you need to go to Select Slider > Slides and create a new slide and assign it to your slider by selecting your slider from the menu on the right side of the screen: http://screencast.com/t/1p6M0fhuDfu

hey again – the only categories i see is: select slider > slides – that was installed wit the theme there i can’t seem to find the shortcode or: layer slider wp>all sliders – that the systems asked ,e to install there i copied the shortcode to the page that’s defined as the home page to the “Enter Layer slider or Select slider shortcode” field – but still the picture dosnt show fully but below the top bar

You can find the shortcode of your Select Slider by going to Select Slider > Sliders and on that page you should see a list of your sliders. There choose the slider you would like on your page and copy its shortcode and paste it to the “Enter Layer slider or Select slider shortcode” field: http://screencast.com/t/9QryZMiF3cwF
Regarding the slider being set underneath the header, this is the default behavior for the slider. You can set the header transparency for your header on that page to 0 so the header is transparent and the whole slider is visible. To set the transparency of the header only for that page, go to that page from the back end and in the “Initial bottom header transparency (0 to 1)” field enter 0.

I would like to know how to erase all cash of this theme’s pages in server side. After changing something using Visual Composer, Chrome and IE browser don’t reflect their changes correctly. but only pushing refresh button of browser, it is reflected correctly.
Of course I already tried to erase all cash and browsing history in web browser. but this phenomenon is same.

Nobody has answered my questions for days in the support area. Trying again here because I am in a hurry:
I was wondering if there is any way to get rid of the + symbol that appears to the right of the accordion sections (the symbols that change to — when an accordion section is open). I would either like to get rid of them or change them to a different icon.
I still could use info on how to adjust the background colour of tabs (the area behind each tab label), to make them look like regular tabs. I am not into coding anything, let alone CSS, so I wouldn’t know how to come up with said code. Any help would be appreciated.

You can hide the accordion mark by adding the following code to your custom css field:

You can change the color of the tabs navigation by adding the following code to your custom css field and just modifying the color to suit your needs:

Thank you for your responses! I have been having real trouble getting responses from other developers lately in the Envato marketplace and it has been frustrating.
There is the main navigation menu for the site – when you hover over some of the menu items you get those black submenus that can be set to either vertical or horizontal. See the following link:

I was also wondering if it is possible to turn off the main footer area for particular pages.
If you look at the example site listed in my previous note, you will see contact info in the footer.
I would like to turn that off on the Contact page just because it is redundant there.

Regarding the menu, (if I understood correctly, since I can’t access the link you sent above) this is a wide menu which is created by setting the first level menu item to type “wide” and then each second level menu item you set under that starts a new column, while the third level menu items underneath the second level menu item are set inside the column (until you set another second level menu item which starts a new column). So to edit this you need to go to Appearance > Menus and rearrange the menu items so they fit your needs.
Unfortunately we can’t access the link you sent us in order to inspect your contact page and provide the correct css to hide your footer from it. Could you please check this and send us the link again. Thanks. Also please let us know if you would like to hide the whole footer, or just the contact info in the footer.

I have someone working on an issue with a plugin for doing popup video. He is in the middle of it and I see that the site is a little out of commission as a result, although you can see the menus at this point.

This is the Content Menu element. Content Menu is menu built from page sections and allows creation of one page web sites. To create a content menu, first you need to add some row shortcodes to your home page (each row will be a menu item in section menu), then you need to edit each row: just click edit row and set “Use row for content menu” to “yes” and fill section Title (this will be the label on the content menu) and Icon if you want. Also you need to set anchor link for each row in the Anchor ID field, so when you click on content menu item the page will be scrolled to that specific section. Then add one row where you want to be your content menu, edit this row and select type content menu and save.

Please wait for the page to fully load and then check to see if the menu is fixed after you scroll down over it. The logic for fixing the content menu to the top is executed on page load, since logic needs to calculate all section heights and positions with fully loaded content in them.

The “Boxed” setting seems to do nothing, and there are no options for changing the background of the tabs themselves, or the fonts – this lack of ability to fine tune attributes leaves me hanging somewhat.

How do I get the front end editing feature to work with Visual Composer on your theme. I have purchased the Visual Composer plugin separately, deactivated and deleted the old version that came with your theme, then re-installed the new purchased version of Visual Composer, but I still do not see the front end editing option. You shouldn’t use standalone version of the Visual Composer, you should use our version since it has been modified to work properly with our theme and shortcodes.
The Visual Composer frontend button has been intentionally disabled since it causes certain conflicts with some scripts in our theme and the scripts don’t load properly. You can activate it by modifying some of our code.

Am I seeing different header colors based on slide background color?? Noticed on first slide that the Logo and nav text was white (transparent background), but switched to black when the slide changed – that is a subtle yet awesome detail!
And the greyscale-to-color images in the gallery – very nice!

Yes, you have the option to choose a header skin (dark or light) for each slide, so depending on the slide’s colors your header elements (logo, menu items, icons, etc.) will change to either dark or light and be visible on each slide.

Then, as you can see, you can set a title, subtitle and text on the slider and use this to add descriptions to your slides. You can also control the styles for the text and where the text will appear on your slide.

Regarding the sign up functionality, we don’t have this kind of element in our theme, but you can probably find some plugin for this.
Regarding the search bar, you can add this by going to Select Options > Header and Footer and setting “Enable Select search” to “yes”. However, this will not appear above the main navigation, but to the right of it.
